ASIM was exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. He was polite professional patient and genuinely attentive to what I needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward and stress free.

His customer service was excellent from beginning to end. It is always noticeable when an employee takes real pride in helping customers and Asim certainly does.

Safe store should be very proud to have ASIM representing the company. He is a credit to the Brentford branch and fully deserves recognition for the high standard of service he provides.

I can’t thank Ulrick, Michael and Jamaal enough for everything they have done over the past few months. They have been incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive during an incredibly difficult time for my family.

My son, Daniel, sadly passed away after putting his belongings into storage at Safestore Chingford. The staff went above and beyond, kindly facilitating many visits from Daniel’s friends in such a sympathetic and compassionate way.

At a time when we were already dealing with unimaginable grief, their kindness and understanding took away so much of the additional stress. We will always be grateful for the care, patience and respect they showed us.

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Saira, helpful, professional and very enthusiastic.

Professsional and friendly service.

We had lot of luggage traveling internationally with a stopover in London and a trip to Spain. Safestore was a good option to store all the luggage while locally touring. All other places around Heathrow cost 3-4 times the price for storing several luggages for 8 days. It was easy to find the storage and the front desk folks were very helpful. We did have to buy a lock from them, even though we took ours, the doors required cylindrical locks.
Overall we had good experience and I would recommend this as a great option.

Luke was very helpful when arranging a storage unit and went out of his way to make sure I had the right storage unit for my needs.

I booked a storage unit with Holloway Safe Store for only one week. I paid for that week, but I never actually used the storage unit at all.

Despite this, I was charged for an additional week without being clearly informed. I have now been contacted by a debt collection company demanding another £120.

I am extremely unhappy with how this has been handled. In my experience, the contract and additional charges were not made clear to me when I booked.

Please be very careful and read the contract and cancellation terms carefully before booking with this company. I would strongly recommend checking exactly what you are agreeing to and whether any additional charges can be applied.

This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience.
