Yeomans Guildford (Honda Dealer) Rose To The Occasion
Apart from a dreadfully chilly showroom (Mr General Manager, did you neglect to pay the heating bill?) my lengthy and unavoidably complicated encounter in the course of buying the truly excellent latest Honda Jazz from this dealership was all that it should have been. Robin, the salesman, was painstakingly thorough throughout and no question - I had many - was too much trouble for him to answer. The vehicie was meticulously prepared too, fully complying with my strict expectations. From outset he was quick off the mark to respond to my enquiry via their Autotrader advertisement, which fact earned him brownie points in my book there and then. I was further impressed by other factors too, viz readily accommodating a nil deposit wish/his company obligingly agreeing to my freebie throw‐in request for plain number plates/Yeomans' uniquely very generous credit card limit, an enormous help (most retail motoring outlets restrict such payments to a mere £500.00, which I find infuriating and greatly inconvenient)/half a tank of petrol was a particularly pleasing discovery (Motorpoint in Peterborough, from whom I bought a car last year, only supplied a miserly thimbleful, which subsequently caused me a memorably huge problem) and finally I was more than satisfied that they unhesitatingly met my px valuation figure. (Good riddance lacklustre‐also-ran Renault...)
Altogther nice people with whom to do business and a first class product to boot (ouch!).
