I been waiting to post my experience. i just want to refund my money because i receive a fake package that i order and i cannot reach out the sender. I want to return the item and get my money back. February 4 i email customer care of safe arrival because they are the courier for that fake item they reply and i send my account details..then suddenly after giving all information they need they just disappeared and never reply to me. I was asking for follow up no one is concern. And now its May 11 still im waiting for there relpy on my email.
