Pathetic and useless service

Pathetic and useless service. People have no idea what they are talking about.

I bought a bag which broke in 1 year. Wrote them more than 10 emails and still no reply (over 2 months now). Called them up and got a replacement back approved but then its been 1 month since no bag arrived. Safari never gave us the tracking number or anything.

Called them and they said the delivery company could not deliver as they couldn’t reach us. (No one gave us a call for delivery so how do we know they even tried delivering)

Now Safari is saying since the delivery was not completed so they will cancel my request and if i need my replacement bag i need to raise a completely new request from scratch.

Shame and pathetic. They are scamming people by showing delivery not received and then canceling the replacement.

Be careful of the scammers like Safari.

Poor Delivery, No OTP, and Terrible Support from Safari

I purchased a Safari bag worth ₹7500 from their official website, expecting a premium experience. While the product itself is decent, the delivery and support experience was awful.

The item was marked as delivered at 5:23 PM, but I only received it around 7:00 PM, and no OTP was verified.

The package was tampered, with tape missing on one side and non-Safari tape used to reseal it.

I suspect the delivery agent opened and inspected the package before handing it over.

I reached out to Safari's customer support multiple times — my calls were ignored or cut, and they only responded after I mentioned legal escalation.

It took three follow-ups just to receive my invoice.

And just days later, the same product was listed at ₹5999, a huge ₹1500 drop right after my purchase.

Safari seriously needs to upgrade their delivery partners (Xpressbees) and train their customer care team to handle issues with respect.
A good product means nothing if the service feels unsafe and unprofessional.

I do not recommend buying directly from their website until they fix these issues.

I had a problem with a suitcase under Safaribags sale customer service
I had a problem with a suitcase under warranty. Customer service was responsive and all went well until the replacement suitcase arrived in the wrong colour and with scratches. Knowing that the colour was available, I have been trying to contact them through calls and mail and they have not responded to my request and here I have the suitcase.
.This time Sarfaribags has given very bad customer service. Mostly because they don't respond. Only automatic replies arrived!!

Useless websites, worst after sales support. They delivered scratched/damaged product from the box pack itself and customer care is not arranging return pickup for my trolley. Not even a single reply in emails also.
Now i am regretting with the quality of product and CC support. My money is wasted

FAKE.

FAKE.. I ordered a product, but its handle came out after the first use, sent photo, videos to them and they agreed to replace, the replacement never arrived, their delivery partner is a fake one delivered the product to someone and stop responding and so is Safari. I really feel like cheated.
