The LGT revenge saber is not what I was expecting and want to make an exchange but customer service response times are very slow.. the return policy time will probably expire by the time I hear back from them

I'm unsure why in-stock items take so long to actually ship out. I ordered this pommel maybe 2 months ago. Arrived in pristine condition.

Good experience, leaving off a Star for one reason only and that is there not being any instructions that came with the sabers to understand how to operate them and so I had to go searching for answers online.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered for my sons birthday to arrive for early June but after several emails, it never arrived. They said they would send a replacement but refunded me instead without agreement. And I lost the import fees which were significant. The whole process went from May to August and in the end we didn't receive the order. Never again.

I initially read mixed reviews on customer response and delivery time, but ordered because my son really wanted a specific saber. I was pleasantly surprised to receive response within a day when I wrote with questions prior to ordering. I placed my order and it was shipped and we received it within two weeks time. The saber is really high quality - a superior product to several other custom brands we own. It also came with bonus items not indicated - caps and a stand - so that was a great surprise! I would recommend the company based on my experience.

After waiting almost three weeks past the point of quoted delivery, we received the saber. The piece itself is very nice, but the customer service is absolutely horrid. No reply to emails. After sending several, get a generic its being worked on email. Ordered a few accessories that were listed as 1-2 weeks to ship. Still waiting after 3 weeks. Emailed again, received a reply almost a week later saying its in que and should ship in 5-10 business days. To be honest... it is NOT worth the wait. I am a fan of honesty and communication. If we were told it would be 4-5 weeks and they replied to emails, my thoughts would be very different.

Despite a transport problem, I received my package in perfect condition. The quality and reliability of the materials are always guaranteed with Sabreforge. The expectation is proportional to the pleasure it prepares.

I received both of the sabers I ordered. One was a quick ship LGT saber which I ordered in the eco rgb configuration. I recieved the wrong blade and emailed their customer service. It has been over a week with no response.

The other saber is fantastic. Build quality is great and it is very impressive. I am just bummed that I can't use the other I got for my daughter so we can play together.

Compression coupler arrived. Works. I did expect it to come with a timing ring. It didn't. And the threads are very short. However as I said. Functions and would buy another one.

Another great coupler from the SaberForge ASP labs! I love how it delivers on everything it seeks to provide - a quick easy way to transition saber flow and stunt choreography from one saberstaff into dual sabers for twice the agility and infinite possibilities, WITHOUT the needless hilt spinning!! I look forward to when SaberForge releases a folding coupler reminiscent to the Temple Guards from Rebels and Dark Rey from TROS ^w^

My replacement TRI CREE LED MODULE arrived and got wired in perfectly to save my saber. Thankful that saberforge had these available and easy to wire up. Overall great quality product in a perfect green color for my needs.
