Once again, Saal proved how serious and professional they are. My order arrived damaged obviously because it wasn't handled carefully by the post company. I complained and the next day I already had an email saying another photograph was already on its way. It arrived and as usual the quality is brilliant, the package is perfect as the time of arrival.
Its perfect . I cannot be happier and I wish I ordered more photos (but I will in the future for sure)

I did a few art photography prints with a voucher to see what they would look like and try out the service. They turned out really beautifully, and I will certainly use this service again!

Great customer Service and Product Quality
There was a problem with the delivery company, and they proactively fix the problem, by printing a whole photo album for the second time and ensuring I would get my request sooner.
On top of that I was really happy with how easy it was to set up the whole album with their software and the printing quality was quite good. I will definitely use their service again.
Terrible service in 2019.
The online store has technical problems that simply do not allow one to upload local files and complete the order.
The technical support randomly replies with "canned responses" to your emails that simply make no sense for the situation reported.
"Please, save your image files locally on your PC. It seems that an application is preventing your files from being accessed."
This is all the support I get when obviously the files are local because I generated them using their Photoshop templates.
It's true, most costumers generate the products on their system. But some users opt for the "theoretically" available option of producing custom and local ones using their downloadable Photoshop templates. Unfortunately the shopping cart "bugs-out" when trying to proceed with the order.
This happens even if you use the updated version of both browser Saal recommends (Chrome and Firefox) without any kind of plugins like add-blockers, and with all cache and history cleared. Simply does not work at the current time of writing.
But the biggest problem is that their responses are always: "please save your files locally" (which makes no sense), "please clear the cache" (which I did and reported), "please don't use add-blocker" (which I did and reported), "please try again" (which I did and lost patience). And you get this randomly. They simply have ignored the "history" of our conversation.
Average response time: 5 days.
Quality of response: Very low
I've been trying to make an order by following their "random" advice for 4 weeks now. I've given up!
