I would like a refund or the items ordered

I tried to cancel my order but it still hasn't been. I went to collect yesterday but not available. I've paid by klarna. Very poor service.
Since posting this review I have received a refund. I am still unimpressed, despite cancelling my order initially because the collection date was way later than the original date given. I was still asked to collect my order which I did as I had paid for it. And when I went to collect there was no order available. The staff said she would look into and ring me , but this didn't happen either. I thought Ryman was a reliable company but in my opinion they have not been.

I still have not had my delivery and your customer support centre is expecting me to collect it from a depot 40 miles away !!

Difficult to navigate site with searches and insufficent product information re size.

I found the site difficult to navigate and there was not enough product information for me to make the correct choice. I did in the end order something (set of drawers for A4 paper). I wanted to use them for storage inside a cupboard but in the end they weren't really the right size. I also put something on my Wishlist which has never been notified of. I have used what I got in a different way but will not buy online again. I have always shopped at Horsham shop before so if what I want is not there I will not go online. I regularly shop in Robert Dyas store and online in Haywards Heath but they do not have as much stock as Horsham in the statioery line.

Great poster printing at Rymans

Once again I was really pleased with my printed posters that I collected from Rymans for a party we threw for my mother in laws birthday. The quality was great, they printed much better than I could’ve ever done on our home printer and looked so clear. They printed them really quickly too and the price was low too. Great service and product.

Unprofessional

I wanted to print a document at the Chester store, simple you would think.

I emailed it over and all it should have taken was nothing more then the team member to click print.... instead she read the entire document, laught and then read aloud a section of text for the entire shop to hear.

I was mortified and was left feeling violated. I trusted the company with something personal and privet and to have it mocked, shared and disrespect was humiliating and unprofessional.

I was close to raging at the staff member but decided to take my print outs and leave. I only hope my personal documents where not saved for their amusement.

Excellent customer service

Easy online order. Collected from Bath store but son wanted to swap for a different pencil case found in store. Staff in Bath store were super helpful and did the online return form then sent the pencil case back for me. Bought loads of stuff using the 10% off code in store. Overall a very happy son, so a very happy me. Will definitely shop more, and with confidence, from Ryman.

I did an online order for home…

I did an online order for home delivery, everything went very smoothly. I ordered some Really Useful Boxes, I love that brand. The price was very reasonable. I ordered them on the 18th June and they were delivered on the 19th June by FedEx - NOT Evri thankfully! No complaints whatsoever. They were packaged well, nothing broken, in a strongish box - which my cat has claimed! I used to shop in Ryman until my disabilities put paid to that so finding the home delivery option is a blessing. All in all a positive experience.
