kids track not being maintained

I took my boys and their friends there a few weeks ago for my son’s bday party .
They went for the bambino and the electric , and due to the massive puddles there on the track all 5 of them got soaking wet which resulted for me having to buy them new clothes after the party . What I find unacceptable is that on the track for professionals 2 people were sweepening away the puddles and no one was maintaining the childrens one .
I have emailed Rye House about my complain and they offered me a 30 min voucher which is not too helpful as I have 2 children , since I refused it they completely ignore me .
Overall not a good experience , only take your kids there when the weather is completely dry as they don’t maintain the kids track .

Excellent Parties and Karting Experience

I visited Rye House Kart Raceway for a party with my friends and it was great fun. The Karts use proper petrol engines and you can reach high speeds in them. The track is excellent, with wide and tight corners and long straights. The food is good and safety is clearly a number one priority at this establishment. I am very happy and will be visiting again soon.
