I have had a very positive experience with Ryan Property Law, a Company that handled the purchase of my property quickly and effectively. I was apprehensive about the whole process, how quickly the purchase would be finalised, and of course, whether any unpleasant things would happen along the way. However, Magdalena Kwiatkowska described to me what the entire process would look like and who would handle my case.
Rebecca Laurie is an experienced, intelligent, positive, easily approachable, and very helpful individual with a MASSIVE KNOWLEDGE of the service provided. I was informed about every stage of the property purchase. If there were any inconveniences throughout the process, she quickly and diligently looked for solutions, and at the same time ensured that everything was in order and the terms of the purchase were favorable and appropriate for me.
I can confidently say that I recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy property. The process was quick, specific, and to the point! Lynda and the team have carried out conveyancing work for my wife and I on 3 occasions and each time have been professional whilst being friendly, diligent and timely in the transactions.
I only wish that we could have used their services with earlier transactions which would have made life much easier for us.

Trying to get a lease extension done through this firm, it has taken a ridiculous amount of time so far and we've been fobbed off so many times now it's becoming a joke amongst the group. I would strongly advise NOT using this firm for any property dealings and using a more reputable business that deliver on their promises

It was very challenging trying to purchase a house through COVID lockdown and everything that came with it and Emily never missed a beat. She was always communicative, keeping us informed at every step with thorough explanations and updates.
She never made us feel like we were a nuisance or troublesome and we're made to feel valued. Even when the purchase became fraught due to issues with the leasehold Emily kept the other side in check, fought our corner and remained calm. Would not hesitate to have Emily as our conveyancer for our next property purchase.

Ryan Property Law is an exceptional local conveyancing company. I chose them because my brother and sister-in-law had a good experience with them, and they gave the best value quote from three different companies. They have supported me through the process of trying to buy two different houses, and have been working with me since July 2020, so I feel qualified to say what a great service they provide! They are easy to contact by phone or email, always reply promptly and have been very patient, whether I had a problem or just needed something explaining to me. The second house that I tried to buy just completed, and two people ahead of me in the chain were caught up in the Simplify cyber attack. My team have kept me calm and been supportive throughout, doing everything they could to keep the purchase on track. Before that when there were problems getting hold of my vendor's solicitor, they literally called them every day at one point until they finally got a response.
To sum up, Ryan Property work hard in your best interests, there are no hidden charges, and they offer a kind, friendly and professional service. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Would like to thank Ryan Property Law, especially Rebecca Laurie for helping us with the purchase of our first property. We wasn't sure about the right way to go about it but Rebecca helped us every step of the way and any problems we came across she got it sorted for us as quickly as possible.
