Terrible customer service
Review on behalf of my wife (ryanair if you review this please help with a person not an AI chat bot or someone who is useless).
I would place a 0 star review but we can't!!!! My wife has been trying to resolve an issue for an impending holiday in June on every platform going for Ryanair to no avail. Every complaint, request and anything started is closed. Over 13 hours over multiple days, wasted. A refund that is also in her account can't be withdrawn. Terrible customer service to date and we are now really worried about being at the airport and check in. You even cancelled me off the holiday!!!!
Never again.
Never again.
I was denied boarding just one minute after the gate closed — even though we had already been waiting for half an hour to be let in. I had only stepped away to use the restroom, and when I came back, they had already shut the gate. The smiles and laughter from the staff at the end said it all. Never again. I do not recommend this airline.
Correction of a surname mistake!
Szczegolne podziekowania do wyjatkowego customer assistant , Kacper Wielewicki 🫶🏼
Whilst checking in I’ve noticed a small error on a surname that needed editing and amending but since the flight took place on the same day it could only be done by an agent, outside of my power.
I’ve received an outstanding help and Kacper got straight to the point and sorted it all for me within the next few minutes. Was super helpful and made me feel super welcoming and happy to help which was a great feeling. Definitely 10 out of 10 👏
Absolute horrible company
Absolute horrible company. I've uninstalled the app so I won't use this horrendous company. You are treated like cattle and they always have long delays. Never again this. I've added a photo to see how after keeping us locked in this bus for 20 minutes they only open a single door, just to make things harder and to feel miserable. Just to make you buy Priority next time. Shame on you!
Great staff at Derry Airport
Great staff at Derry Airport. Couldn't fault the staff at the ticket fest and information desk. They were fabulous.
The security guard had not seen a Dyson hair wrap before so they put my bag through the scanner twice and we had a little laugh about it. Great friendly staff
No drinks
On return flight from Gran Canaria, 9/5/25.
There were no soft drinks, no milk for hot drinks, no water, no alcohol, no food and very few snacks! This is a disgrace as you pay for that service and their excuse was because the plane had been to Malaga where they can’t restock? On top of that the seats are not getting any more comfortable. On a flight that’s over 4 hours long, sitting on what’s similar to a plank of wood is terrible. I used to defend them because they’re cheaper than others but this was bad , unprofessional and downright unacceptable!!!!
Don't book private transfers via…
Don't book private transfers via Ryanair. We're at Barcelona Airport an hour after landing and there's still no driver to pick us up.
The customer suport is secound to non…
The customer suport is secound to none for avganistan standards. I really don't know who and why employed those people coz they don't care like somebody randomly selected people from the streets of Dublin 1
Yet again Ryanair had failed
Yet again Ryanair had failed, I booked my seats 12 months in advance and now they have changed them saying that the plane has changed but when I have looked on the website the layout is still the same, I think they have over sold the seats and now I need to sit somewhere else, I have spoken with customer service who are poor at best whoever trains these people needs to take a long hard look at themselves.
How the chairman of this company sleeps at night is beyond me so suppose every country has one I put him in the same category and Trump both narcissistic idiots
Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. Booked a few days to fuerteventura for January 18th to 22nd with hotel. Ryanair changed the flight to… wait for it… 19th to 19th January so that we could fly to fuerteventura, keep sitting in our seats, then fly straight back. Idiots.
Never going to fly this airline again
Never going to fly this airline again, I wish I could give it zero stars. Most of the passengers on our flight were pulled aside at boarding to check their bags and forced to pay a ridiculous 60 Euro for each bag, it didn't matter that it delayed the flight. I have never seen a baggage sizer that oddly shaped to verify our bag sizes. We had priority boarding which comes with an overhead bag, but because we were pulled aside, we boarded last and did not use our baggage advantages. Most people had this problem, and on the flight most of the overhead space was empty. We ended up using none of the priority packages we purchased and paying for the same bag twice. The gate agent said we could get refunded for the initial purchase, but she must have just said that to get us out of the way because once we contacted support, they refused. Service on the flight was not great, you have to pay for everything and could not even get water. I could not understand any announcements over their speaker.
Are Ryanair's so called fine actually…
Are Ryanair's so called fine actually wrongly named, are they in Fact a product? Read on.
I booked a flight for two people online, made the payment and then when I looked at the confirmation. I noticed it had changed my surname to that of my female companion. Bit of a problem! so I contacted Ryanair strait away, it took 8 hours to actually get someone to speak to and I explainer my problem. I gave them the correct name, ( my name has 4 letters only and my friends name as 10), just to show it was not a simple typo.
They seemed to understand so I finished feeling well that is out of the way. A week later while checking in I saw they had done nothing, their error had not been but right. So back to Ryanair this time they told they would change the name but it would cost me £160. I refused to pay, I wanted a refund as I could buy a flight from another operator for less than £160.
Of course they would not own up to their error. So I Contacted Michael O'Leary office asked
nicely if he would help ( I got his email address from Companies house ) after 3 communications
I was getting know where. So when I am back in the UK I will put in a claim with the small claims court, I have been very successful with small claims in the past, so I am hope full.
Worst airline of all
On a trip between Edinburgh and Lisbon I used the same suitcase and only on one of the journeys was I charged because the suitcase was oversized, on the way back I was not charged. I will never use this company again.
Don’t trust the Information board
The information board said my
flight was departing from Gate 82
Which doesn’t exist I asked the check in ladies and they said loads of people going to TIrana to go back to customers service it should give you the proper gate which I also did but it took up so much time my flight was closed. I had to pay £100 to rebook my ticket I arrived at stansted at 6am and the next flight is Late so I will have spent 13 hours here no fault of mine
I will be writing a letter to the company director
why are you in customer service if…
why are you in customer service if youre gonna be horrible to people?
The staff are so mean terrible people making snarky and uncomfortable comments and then more when you react to their horrible unprofessional behaviour. I never want to fly with them again. honestly spend the extra and pick another airline. Completely unprofessional.
I would say that Ryanair are pirates…
I would say that Ryanair are pirates pure and simple. How do we allow firms to get away with doing whatever they want and treating people like dirt.
I booked flights on line but accidentally clicked two suitcases each for me and my wife. When I got the itinerary on email (immediately) I contacted and explained my mistake. Ryanair would not amend the booking, even though it was only around 10 minutes old. I believe we should have a cooling off period for all internet services in the UK. I will be writing to my MP with regard this issue and pushing social media for this legislation. Pirates pure and simple.
They basically stole money from memy…
They basically stole money from me my mum and about 15 other passengers, with the help if disrespectful attendants at milan bergamo airport.
Hardly worth adding my review to the…
Hardly worth adding my review to the 1000+ bad reviews here, but just to note this time I paid extra for a legroom seat and they got the seats wrong and last time there were crisps on the seat I was meant to sit on, and the time before that they allocated my seat to someone else so I had to sit apart from my wife who is scared of flying. Pissup and brewery come to mind, but it’s not the staffs fault. The head of the company is to blame.
Dangerous company!
My wife and I are both 66(she with cancer)! We flew with Ryanair from Malaga to Dublin!-When we tried to board our flight home to Glasgow at Dublin, the very aggressive desk staff told us our 2 bags were very slightly too big and demanded 120 euros!-We tried a card which failed(this happens a lot with Ryanair)!-I offered to pay in cash in euros but they refused!-I asked to see a manager whereupon I was told I was being aggressive and would not be allowed on the flight!-I asked to see the employee's I.D. badge and he refused to show me it!-So basically we were left stranded abroad at our age and condition, without a second thought from Ryanair!-I'm sure several parts of this story are actually illegal, and would like to see action taken against Ryanair!
staff who had to be fired
Rude, they rejoice and laugh when passengers have problems boarding, scammers, total unprofessionalism, cheap company and young staff who are not interested in serving those who pay their salaries. They don't know how to give solutions, what do you want me to do?(she was laughing that moment, check your cctv Rynair!) Response from service staff to a question about my flight. I don't know if any serious people work for this company who do the job they are paid for.
The management doesn't know what's going on.
