Faulty glass covering. Photos sent. Asked to return them. Agreed faulty but am awaiting replacement pair - 2/3 weeks. Grand daughter upset as she will be without them for 1 month out of cricket season

I required a pair of safety, varifocal, reactor light sunglasses for wearing with an open faced motorbike helmet, so I made an appointment and visited them at their outlet near Peterborough. I had an idea of what I wanted but after talking with the consultant (can't remember her name but she was great), I ended up with something different and more appropriate. So great, helpful service. The price was as expected and were delivered within a month.
