Avoid using this garage
Avoid using this garage. Car was clearly damaged and only noticed this after purchasing it. They then tried to claim that the damage was done by myself despite me flagging it the day after I bought it. Avoid avoid avoid

To give a bit of context from our point of view: you contacted us the day after purchasing the vehicle regarding what you described as chipped door edges, stating that “all 4 doors have chipped by previous owner opening the door.”
The vehicle was nearly four years old at the time of purchase, and you had the opportunity to inspect and accept it before taking it home. Our aftersales team considered the matter professionally and declined to rectify it, given the minor nature of the issue and the age of the vehicle and being open and helping you with any other issues.
We appreciate that you were disappointed, but it is important to put this into perspective. This was not a brand-new vehicle, and some minor cosmetic wear and tear is normal for a nearly four-year-old car. We hope this provides some context to our position and helps clarify the situation from our side.

The service was excellent, Pete made sure that I was happy with everything before the sale went through very professionalthroughout. There was a slight issue with the car but it was dealt with immediately and again made sure I was happy with everything. Ben also made sure everything was ok after the issue. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Great buying experience
I went over to RW cars on spec after seeing a car online, drove home in it, really that easy to deal with. All the cars are prepped and ready to go, mine was immaculate, test drove it and Stewart made everything so easy to buy it and drive away there and then. I've waited a few days to post a review to see how they would respond to any post sales issues or queries, but I genuinely haven't had any. Everything was so straight forward and I came away with everything I needed so I haven't had to contact them for anything. Didn't do any haggling on price because it was already a fantastic deal for what I was buying, well under market value. Stewart was really great to deal with and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

Very easy to deal with, George was helpful but not pushy, I was left to view vehicles in peace, test drive was easily arranged with just myself in the car. The car appears in really good order and the purchase was easy. Price was competitive ,at this moment in time it seems a good purchase.

My review will surprise all clients who had a good experience as mine was shockingly bad. I found the car on their website , called the garage but it was closed so I left a voice message that I was coming to buy and collect the car next day. I asked for it to be prepared and charged. Nobody called.me back so on my way, I called the garage and the guy who answered said they dont listen to messages -ok. I asked him if he could kindly support my purchase and call the original dealer to ask how can I but the extended warranty as car I was about to buy was 2 years old- answer was no, we dont do that, even if I asked if he could do it to support me with the purchase (I was still on my way, in the car, driving) . On arrival to the garage, nobody to come and meet us although no customers inside. When I said I was coming for my car, seller got the keys and told me : can i exchange it with your driving licence ? No offer to assist to see the car, but that was still ok. We viewed the car, returned to the office and said we want to pay deposit or even the whole price to collect it tomorrow. Now it became a.problem - I was able to pick up the car around 5pm, one hour after the garage closes. Our sales representative said sorry, we are closed at 4 and nobody will be here at 5 for you to pick up your new car. Just to be 100% sure that the garage will not arrange anything, I asked if he could try to arrange anything for me to pick the car later and he said no. So I left the garage , without the car I came for over 100 miles. Shocking is not a word . It seemed unreal that in such modern, customer orientated world , a garage that sale cars worth more than £1000 can be so arrogant and careless. I wonder if the owner is aware.... shocking

Very professional dealership
Very professional dealership. I did go to view a car but though I didn't end up buying it I just had to leave a review to say that their presentation of the car and service was impeccable. So much so that I keep checking their site for new cars as I won't hesitate to buy from them. The reservation process was easy and viewing smooth, even refunded me promptly when I wasn't able to proceed. Thanks for the wonderful experience and have added to my favourites.
