BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM…

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM RVTechnik.
I paid €300 for a product that was never shipped. After making the payment, I contacted RVTechnik several times by email regarding the order and my complaint. They have completely ignored my emails and have provided no explanation, no update, and no solution.
They have my €300, I have no product, and they refuse to communicate.
This is completely unacceptable and, from my experience, extremely concerning. When a company takes your money and then fails to deliver the product while ignoring repeated attempts to contact them, it is very difficult not to feel that you have been scammed.
I am posting this review specifically to warn other customers: DO NOT send your money to this company without taking every possible precaution. My experience has been an absolute disaster from beginning to end.
€300 paid. Product not delivered. Emails ignored. No solution.
I would never buy from RVTechnik again.
