I had one of their finance managers write my name on an electronic document to sign me up for VINetch and a "Maintenance plan". They are add-ons that I definitely did not ask for. I explicitly stated that I did not want any add-ons, and they added themselves. No time stamp on the document with my "signature" on it. They legally have to refund your money but even though I had the GM of Russ Darrow Kia of Waukesha offer me the $728 as a check (which he never followed through on, but I have the emails) and filled out the form on the Russ Darrow site to get them refunded, I was never given my money back. This place is the worst dealership I have ever been to or dealt with and that says a lot.
