I ordered the wrong size cheek pads by mistake and had to return them and customer service was exceptionally helpful especially Oliver I will be ordering from them again

I Made an inquiry about a part that had snapped on my visor mechanism and with no hesitation the support team offered me a replacement ,excellent service extremely fast and efficient they We’re happy to support my needs and within minutes they dispatch a replacement part. absolutely amazing company and support team, I’m extremely grateful thanks guys

So it's been a little while since I ordered my Ruroc helmet, 2 years I think, but at least it gives me the opportunity to provide a truly accurate, honest and long-term review covering over at least 2 years of use.

And honestly I could just stop at the fact that I simply love it. Now obviously I would love the design because I chose it (Rebel Pilot from the Star Wars limited releases), but I found there's so much more to it than just looking sick on the slopes. It's super comfy, the removable ear pads are a cool feature although I won't lie and say that I use it, but it could be great for others.

But most surprisingly, the goggles genuinely transformed my skiing experience. I ordered a UV black lense AND a low-light orange lens, and now I regularly switch between the two based on weather conditions. The black one works great against the sun but I was especially surprised at how well the low-light one lets me see in poor/foggy conditions, it's crazy.

Lastly, the safety component of the helmet DEFINITELY lives up to its advertising, and I can certainly certify that. For context, I would classify myself as an expert level skier (been skiing since I was 4), so I can really pick up some speed, and sporadically I will crash. While I don't always fall onto my helmet, I can recall one specific occasion where I genuinely think I could've died without one (I went flying very, very far), and the Ruroc helmet didn't even get a crack! For comparison, my older brother, who has a similar skiing level to mine, had a crash once where his helmet (of a different brand), while still saving him, ended up split in half. So all this just to say Ruroc is also an actual lifesaver in terms of safety.

Anyways, I'm sorry about the essay, but I really wanted to give credit where credit is due, and Ruroc deserves all my praises. Thank you for your good work!

The customer service rep Katie was very helpful, responded to my initial email quickly and resolved the issue by shipping out a replacement part right away.

I ordered my helmet and received it in less than a week. Upon opening the box I could tell right away the helmet was not going to fit. I contacted customer support and received a free label to start an exchange. My new order was created the same day. I also realized I had not clicked the options for a free visor and shockwave audio system when initially checking out. I submitted a request ticket and was lucky enough to be connected with Daniel who not only refunded my visor purchase but also sent me the shockwave audio system for free. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Ruroc not only for the quality of their helmets but for their amazing customer service as well.

The purchase was very quick because the website is well designed and easy to use. The delivery was excellent. I’d happily order again anytime.

The helmet itself is fitting just fine. The feeling around the nose from the googles it’s not great. I feel it a bit more tight than usual. I have tried different ways to set them up, but without great success.

This is the second Ruroc helmet I’ve owned, and it’s the first time I’ve had to contact them to sort out a problem; they were incredibly quick to provide a solution.

Quick delivery on my helmet order. Was exactly what's advertised when I got it. Helmets are packed well, and they even included the additional free visor that I got in the same box, which was a nice little touch.

Quick delivery, size was ok, return and change a product flawless. Not yet tried helmet in action, but soon.

She helped me figure out a solution and her replies didn't leave me wondering how long I'd wait until I'd hear back from her. This was a great example of customer service.

I purchased the new Atlas 4.0 Carbon with the promotion that included a Shockwave speaker. Shipping was very fast and everything arrived in no time.

After using it, I noticed the microphone wasn’t working properly, so I contacted customer support. Katie was extremely helpful: quick to respond and very efficient in identifying the issue.

Madeline helped resolve an issue where the original package had 2 of a kind visors instead of the one clear, one dark visor setup. Wonderful and Kind support! 5 Stars for real.

Returning damaged item was super easy as well as purchasing new item as replacement.
