Incredibly horrible customer service

Incredibly horrible customer service. No number to call, and I spent hours on their live chat talking to agents who can't remember what you said 30 seconds ago and won't remember or re-read what you said last transfer. A question that would normally be answered in 2 minutes still isn't answered in literally 4 hours! They keep saying 'Let me ask our engineer' then they ask the engineer a question completely unrelated to your issue. And this repeats over and over and over untill you give up

Terrible customer service. Can't talk on the phone & you need network engineering skills to navigate to a live chat with a real person
