This is the first review I have ever written in my life.

Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a carpet a month ago, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I returned the carpet and, instead of sending a replacement, I was asked to place a new order. To avoid further delays, I did so, which meant paying for the same product twice.

The replacement carpet eventually arrived, but no refund was issued. I then had to follow up multiple times to receive the refund. On top of this, the carpet I received was not the one I ordered. I am now being asked to return yet another incorrect product before they will send the carpet I originally ordered.

This carpet was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it is now clear that I will not receive it on time. I find it extremely frustrating that I am being penalized for mistakes that were not mine, and that the solution offered requires additional time and effort on my side.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing and has shown a serious lack of customer focus. Not ordering from this company ever again.

I had amazing help from Marlene! The rug I wanted was labelled as out of stock during the Black Friday sales but I contacted customer services and they helped me buy the rug, that was apparently still in stock. Quick and excellent service from Marlene! And the package came quickly and we are super happy.

All Rugvista’s carpet that we have are great!

Scam! They keep the money but don’t confirm receipt, don’t reply to emails, and don’t answer the phone.

Poor customer service for a poor product. Stay away. The rug sheds and is impossible to use. Unhealthy. I will not support this company again.

Great affordable options, great website to navigate on. They were super fast to deliver too. They only need a bit more of variety and the rugs look slightly different from the photos, but all in all we bough two very affordable and cute rugs from them, just in time for our visits!
