Very pleased with Rugvista product/service - will use again
After searching online, I found Rugvista and after a brief search, decided to order one of their projects.
The rug arrived only days later. Though others here have complained that it arrived folded (as opposed to rolled), it wasn’t so tightly folded so to as create creases in the product.
The rug is great. Matches the photos on their site.

Great experience
Everything was perfect, I really liked that the product was exactly as expected. No quality issues. The delivery was fast. I would only improve communication with UPS - they only indicated the day of delivery without time specification. Busy people do not like to sit at home for the whole day waiting for the delivery.
