Good luck trying to speak to anyone or get help.

Trying to speak to someone at the council office is nigh on impossible. So far, waits on the phone have been in excess of 20 minutes, after which I gave up. I'm waiting for the final council tax bill on a house sold 10 weeks ago. The legal firm dealing with it are getting nowhere. Default on a bill, they'd be all over you demanding payment. This is the only thing holding up probate completion.

Rugby borough council is run by persons…

Rugby borough council is run by persons who have no idea what they are doing , just ignore the general public ( the people who pay their wages)
Poor services , clueless management, workers with no pride in their work.
How many workers does it take to empty a bin ? Answer-3 & a van.
What speed should you drive a Rugby council van through a housing estate? Answer-as fast as possible.
What should you do if a member of the public points problems out? Answer- just bury your head in the sand & ignore them.
What should you do if a road is dangerously fast with a pedestrian crossing on that cars just jump the red light? Answer- wait until someone is killed (Leicester Road)
What should you do if there is a job vacancy at the council? Answer- give it to someone you know (family member, friend) don’t give it to somebody qualified as they will show up how terrible the current employees are.
