Great friendly service ,and cheaper than Argos !!

Although there was an issue with the watch (not Rubicon's fault), the team handled the issue immediately with the outmost care. I returned the item, they replaced it with another of my choosing and also offered a discount. They also handled shipping and customs for the replacement.
Fast replies, polite and always willing to help with each of my requests, and also compared their stock to ship me the "best" of the batch (quartz seconds - index alignment).
Would definitely buy again!

I ordered a smartwatch from Rubicon. It arrived promptly and well packaged. However, it wasn't quite right for the work related purpose I had in mind for it.
This was probably the smoothest return ever. Prompt communication, clear directions and that lovely feeling of a customer service that trusts if they treat you well you'll surely return. I shall! Thank you.

I first used Rubicon Watches a few years ago, when my son, who serves in the armed forces, had cracked the glass on his watch, a Lorus. The watch was still functioning perfectly. I took it to a High Street chain, The Watch Lab who said it would have to be serviced (£75) and replacing the glass would be charged on top of that, coming to about £100. I pointed out that the watch only cost about £45 and left!

I had a look on the internet and was fortunate to spot Rubicon Watches and phoned them up and spoke to Steve who said if I posted it, a new glass fitted would be less than a tenner plus postage and would be back with me in a few days, He was as good as his word.

I have just sent two of these watches (my son had bought a backup) to Rubicon Watches for new batteries. Once again, Steve has sorted it for a fair price - £15 per watch to include pressure testing to make sure they are sealed and £6 for return next day postage. Send to him on Tuesday, back on Friday.

Fantastic service, and the watches weren’t even purchased from them. I highly recommend this firm.

What a wonderful experience dealing with a truly customer oriented company. In this day and age to find a supplier that actually cares about their customers is difficult enough but to find one that provides excellent value for money as well is a rare thing indeed. Highly recommended.
