I ordered for the first time some parts with this internet store. Everything went well and payment was made. I expected a confirmation mail but nothing. I checked my account at Rubart.de but it stated I had no open orders outstanding. Strange I just paid for it so I left a message at their email, no reply (no confirmation they received my mail and were going to look into it) I felt cheated so I called their customer service dept. and a not so interested lady on the phone was not very eager to understand the issue. She also could not find my order in their system. She eventually told me to send a copy of the bank statement stating I paid for the order to their general email adress. Mumbling something like our finance department will look at it. The day is gone and no reply or whatsoever from either the customer service or the finance department. This is stressful and very, very customer unfriendly.

Please be warned this is a very unprofessional company that leaves their customers in the cold.

After several mails and phone calls finally a student working in the CS center took it upon him to fix the mistake. About 15 days after ordering I just received the parts. Maybe they deserve a second chance.

I ordered Festool accessories : they were listed with a great price but they were really stock compared to other website.
They were shipped the same day as fast as the online american online shop.
