Excellent service
The goods which are just as described and exactly what we were looking for and we might add at a very reasonable price were dispatched very quickly and arrived in England within a couple of weeks.

The product was dispatched to me quickly only the courier service is a disaster! I paid almost 28€ for the post and my parcel has still not arrived! They posted my parcel two weeks ago, the tracking is a disaster! In that time it should have arrived from the moon especially for that amount of money!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase from your company. The part I received was not the one I ordered, and when I contacted your customer service to rectify the issue, I encountered nothing but difficulties.

Despite my best efforts to explain the situation, the return process was made unnecessarily complicated. To add insult to injury, when I finally managed to return the incorrect part, your company refused to accept the package.

This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I expected a smooth and professional service, but instead, I was met with incompetence and a lack of customer care. I regret to say that I cannot recommend your company to others based on this experience.

After a miscommunication fault from my side, i did get in contact with rrd. They understood what was wrong with my order (fabrication fault) and handled it very well. I defenitely recommand buying from this company.

I ordered a malossi rc-one engine it said 3 weeks to door. Long story short after 7 months I contacted two other dealers to ask if they can get ahold of one or what the deal was? Neither of the other dealers that I had contacted was able to give me an answer or heard from Malossi. But one said it shows the 70 cc version in stock. After contacting RRD preparation and asking if I can get the 70 cc version, I was able to get it at my house within a month. I received the complete engine. Everything was right, looked great. Communication through the whole process was also great. Definitely a trustworthy company.

Great customer service, alot of help. Little slow refund on 1 order.

I ordered a part that indicated 1 - 3 days delivery. (Wheel Adapter). After a few days, I tried to log in and the password would not authenticate) I have requested multiple times for the password to be reset, as well as querying the status of the order (Over 2 days). I still have not even had an email. I tried to call, and it just rings, no answer. I went on the website 6 days later after ordering and to see why the delay, to now see the part i ordered
has a 20+ waiting period. I need a direct email address, as it seems the website contact is not working.
Update 23 May 2023: I did get an answer via email after trying to call 3 times and multiple email submissions to their webpage (Only electronic access). The third time I got through on the phone, with being told they don't do business in English (The message I read into the "discussion). If you run an international page, surely you should accommodate the business language of the world, or at least do not give multilingual options on the webpage. We would then choose to not do business with a company who doesn't want to entertain a language outside their ability. I did get a credit as I cannot wait so long for a part. Initially they advertised 1 to 3 days for the particular part, and the only reason I bought from them, as other suppliers have a long back order as well. This info on their website was changed later, hence me trying to make direct contact.
I also made multiple requests to reset my password, as I could not access my account, and to date, no reset option was sent for me. So I cannot even give them another try even if I wanted to, as my account is inaccessible.
I hope they take these reviews and try learn from them, as there is clearly an area of improvement for their company. Good luck RRD.

I have previously purchased from RRD Preparation twice once was great no problems and once I had the same issue as many other customers where the parts I ordered were not in stock and after many messages I was refunded my purchase price but now let me tell you about my third purchase which has not been very good. I purchased a Cylinder kit for my Suzuki which was a painless process but due to their misleading website which only says in a very small sentence that the item is not brand new I ordered a used kit by mistake ( the used kit and the brand new kit are the same price and roughly the same pictures on the advert which is another reason I made the mistake) and to be honest I only became aware of this mistake when the goods were delivered. As soon as the goods were delivered I contacted their after-sales team who only came back to me with very short and unfriendly emails telling me it was my fault for ordering the wrong goods even though I tried to explain to them the problem was not so much the goods were not new the problems was the goods are not usable ( I wish I could upload pics to accompany this review) and now I am just being ignored which means I will have to go through my credit card company to try and get a refund which is just a waste of my time and energy. So the moral of this story is if you want your purchase to be delivered fast then use RRD-Preparation but if you want parts you can actually use and an after care service that actually helps you then find another supplier there are plenty out there. Please see a couple of the emails I was sent below and you to will have to translate it like I did.

le kit est tout a fait utilisable , nous ne l aurions pas mis en vente sinon . il n as jamais été utiliser mais mal stocké.

I wanted to do an engine swap on my moped and ordered all my parts from RRD-Preparation.
The parts where all of high quality and they made sure they had some good recommendations for what I wanted to do.

After getting all my parts I started putting everything together and noticed I had quite a lot of questions for the technical customer service related to the order, but also just related to the moped.
And even after I asked a lot of questions about several problems they kept replying within the same day (9 out of 10 times) and kept thinking about possible solutions for my problems.
And I'm sure I was a pain in the ass... ;)

To be very honest, not everything with my orders went as smooth as it could have gone, no mayor issues but definitely some minor ones, but they where very good with their service when I made clear what the problems where and offered me very reasonable solutions to fix their mistakes in a very short time as well.
And I think that is the most important part, mistakes can happen, but good service is a must and they definitely delivered on that part!

Without them my moped wouldn't be running at all. I am definitely ordering with them again when I will need to!

Good customer service but the website is not very good on english

this company lies to customers.
i ordered an exhaust system for my bike over a week ago only to be told yesterday over the phone that it will never arrive to me infact the company dont even have stock .
the exhaust should of been with me within 2-3 days.
the company today has told me that they are expecting stock in early october and that they had no stock when i ordered my exhaust from them
even on there website now for the particular exhaust it says 2-3days to my home why lie ??? when they dont have stock until early october .....why offer me a compensation package of cleaning products ect when it never happens .......im a you tuber and ive just made a video and it will not be taken down because its the truth......

Bad customer service overall is very slow and bad. i bought full exhaust and a cdi box about three months ago and im still waiting for the cdi. First they told me that they don't have the muffler for my exhaust but that they would receive it in about 2 weeks. Well sense their so called delivery time is 2-14 days i waited a month and then contacted them again asking about my order and they said that the would receive the muffler the same week i asked them about it and that they would send my exhaust and cdi next week. Well again i waited a couple of weeks but i didn't receive the message telling me that my order has been sent so i finally told them to refund the exhaust and just send the cdi. I gave them my bank account address and asked them to refund the exhaust there. I asked them to return the money and send the cdi a week ago and i still haven't received either my money or my cdi. They even sent me a message where they told me that they have sent the money to my bank account and the cdi would be on its way. I understand that the delivery time is up to 14 days but that doesn't explain why i haven't received the money from the refund. i asked them a receipt about the bank transfer but they sent me a receipt of my order which doesen't prove anything

very fast turnaround for items in stock. delivery to uk from france in a matter of days. very reasonable prices and good packaging.

Great stock of parts, even some difficult to find for older karts. I ordered a product to be shipped to the USA and after paying by card shipping charges changed so they let me know and sent a full refund, so I reorder for the new amount and got my parts delivered to my US address just a week after I reordered.

Awful contacting, i need wait 2 days till response,(sometimes they don't even response) then i have been bought cylinder and after month they say they don't have in stock. I think i don't even get my money back, disguting website, i don't understand anything and text is very small. would be much better review if they would say earlier about cylinder

A full refund received along with return costs when the wrong product was ordered. Communication could do with improving.
