Second time I’ve had to chase up my…

Second time I’ve had to chase up my winnings from this page (waited 3/4 days) and they reply with a laughing emoji, call me rude and close my account. All they had to do was apologise for the delay and would have been fine. Will never use this page again. Thanks ☺️

Not sure why you are lying in your reply? The first cash Instant I won just before 9am the day BEFORE I messaged and asked about it and received the cash just before 7pm the same day: so more than 24 hours and you say the x2 instant tickets (won Thursday) was in my account before I message for the second time about it that’s another lie as I messaged at 10.14am and got the email at 11.10am (Sunday) then you finally reply back to me at 11.14 saying it was done.. 😆

Yes lying as you said I had it within 24 hours and I didn't... and if you think me saying ''still no email'' is rude that's up to you! Goodbye :)

Your first cash win was paid out within 24 hours from you winning… certainly not 3/4 days!

Yes, you had to wait slightly longer for your 2 x ticket instant win to be added in but it was ALREADY in your account before we even saw your RUDE message….!! Rest assured, our winners don’t need to CHASE up their wins!!!!

We work morning, noon and night paying out our winners but we do need to sleep!

Yes to confirm , you are RUDE and you’re not welcome to use Royalux again! You are now BANNED & your account has been closed due to your rudeness to staff. 👍🏻

I’ve already acknowledged your ticket bundle was delayed in being added , but we had already added this into your ACCOUNT before we seen your message…!! We don’t miss any wins, we have a list that we work down as quickly as we can and it’s not often we exceed our time scales that we give.
