Beware of Royal Palm Holidays FZE - A Scam Company

I am writing this to warn others about the scam tactics used by Royal Palm Holidays FZE. I lost 8000 dirhams in their so-called "holiday vouchers" scheme, and despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue, I received neither the promised services nor a refund. Even after losing my job and providing all the necessary cancellation documents, they still refused to return my money.

For over a year, I have struggled, visited their office multiple times, and tried to contact the company. However, their staff became increasingly uncooperative and even rude, refusing to let me meet Mrs. Khan, the main manager.

I also reached out to the free zone authority, who advised me to file a police complaint. Unfortunately, the police directed me to the Sharjah Economic Department to lodge a complaint before they could take any action. I am still fighting for justice, but I urge everyone to be cautious of this company.

I sincerely request the Sharjah Economic Development Department to take immediate and strong action against Royal Palm Holidays FZE, as they are exploiting people's hard-earned money. UAE is a country where transparency and fairness are valued, and companies like this should not be allowed to operate and scam innocent individuals.

No response on emails
Before they use to give false promises now no response only. We bought a package of 10,000 aed for five star hotel stay, and it’s a total loss. I would strongly suggest to everyone that don’t get into a trap with them. Lost our money, never getting response, such a bad experience.

LONG BUT TRUE REVIEW FROM A FRUSTRATED & CHEATED CUSTOMER

Most unprofessional travel agency with all time false commitments and top rated for cheating customers without providing any services.

Customers are forced to delete their reviews and rate hem 5 star, staff is very efficient in calling customers are negotiate to delete the review and confirm booking till the review is deleted and later the booking is denied 1 day before the reservation date

All your bookings requests are either ignored or denied last minute with lame excuses.

Team functions on clear protocols and motus operandi to ultimately cheat and fool customers, i do not want to name the staff i public but Royal Palm Holidays FZE is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and does NOT provide any service.

Either they do not have availability, or their mail services is down from months or their suppliers do not respond to them.

ONCE A GOOGLE REVIEW IS POSTED THEY SEND THREATNING EMAIL WITH ARTICLES FROM LAW FOR DEFAMING THE COMPANY AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES :

1. What services will Royal Palm suspend when they have not provided any service so far nor are capable of providing a service ?

2. Articles are mentioned about defaming a company, how about the consumer protection law articles which clearly states about FRAUD and FAILURE OF SERVICE ?

I'M AGAIN REPOSTING BELOW THE SAME REVIEW WHICH I WAS FORCED TO DELETE PREVIOUSLY

I have a confirmation email on my reservation request which was never booked and on several follow-ups i finally get a denial call, fantastic way of cheating and fooling customers....

ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZ is a FRAUD no doubt in saying this and i have all records to prove this.....

Royal Palm holidays is very good is selling fraud holiday packages and collecting their money without providing any services to customers

I have purchased the package and paid in full without any booking confirmation and services for more than a year now even after regular follow-ups.

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND

Royal Plam holidays owner should be ashamed and should stop this fraud business.... surviving on hard earned money of other people

If Royal Palm Holidays is genuine, I will expect a response to this feedback in public forum

I lost my money taking their holiday package, it was a well-orchestrated plan to lure me to the venue in the name of "Anniversary offer give away prices with family" upon reaching there they convinced and tricked us into taking the attractive plan for AED.10,000 .But when I requested the service and the list of the hotels the response was negative, when I asked for a resort list from Kerala they gave me a list of a mere 4 resorts and homestay names which looked like ever-seen hotel kind
so please let us all fight against this fraud collectively, do not spare them

I am a consultant doctor and moved UAE one year back . I was one of very unfortunate people who got trapped royal Palm holiday scam.
This is total scam, fraud and disgusting company . They are unique in their fraud methodology . They have office and a corrupt officials who are highly skilled to trap people with false committments and offers and once they drain money from pockets , they then show their real dishonest , disrespectful , disgraceful behaviours .
They claim to provide all local activities but never have capacity to and will to fulfil that.
When we email requesting any service, a generic email reply comes that we will work on that , then series of false hopea and committments starts . They never say "No" but never ever fulfil committment , until you reach to level of frustration , angerness and disappointments.
Then people start going to their office and get humiliated by their staff .
Their strategy is to take people in side room and either they convince falsely or some time offer alternate of your own choice ( not yours).
I had to go Hong Kong - requested when night hotel , and as joke I got reply that due to eid season hotels are full. When I argued how eid effects hung Kong which is non islamic country then they realised about their foolish reply .
We planned to travel turkey and requested hotel 6 weeks before travel. They promised , given us some options and you know what they changed few times themselves and even failed to provide hotel until few hours left in my flight . I went to their office , had big fight and then they released three night hotel of their own choice , for rest of two nights they send me confirmation while I was in Turkey and it was very average hotel .
You can imagine disappointment , frustration and unprotection , specially when travelling abroad with kids .
Now recently we requested one night resort in ras Al khaima and they failed to provide us, though they re assured us several times and my wife visit them several time .
So please don't take me wrong , imlost my 11500 AED, I don't want other people to suffer .
Please refrain from them , they are biggest registered fraud and scam in UAE with unique tectics of scam.

This is an honest review and about how fraud this agency is. Please do not fall for the lies that this agency tells you. The agency will assure you every single help except they don't do a thing. They might tell you about the crap saying "We have 100 happy clients" but guess what you are not one of those happy clients, you never met one of those happy clients. Every case should matter, everyone who is collecting or gathering funds to get to some other country. This agency does not sweat about you your career or your time. They also care about the money you pay. They are irresponsible, irresponsive, arrogant bunch of frauds.
We will put the whole case on the review. people should whom they are entrusting their money. if anyone needs a screenshot or something I will share just reach out to me.

They just take your money with heaps of false promises and misrepresentations. Once they have your money, they really do not care about you or any percent of their agreed service deliveries. Absolute scammers, please, please stay away and save your money.

100% fraud company.
I purchased a holiday package from RPH on December 12, 2022. After that, I sent them almost 100+ emails, but no one replied to my emails. While calling the given number: 06 767 7676, I got no answer. I called Mr. Muazz at +971 54 552 3459 (I don't know the real name because Thay are the caterers. While I met this guy, he told me his name is Muazz, so I am mentioning this name here). He is also not answering. I called Mr. Geurge (same story as mentioned), and he is saying that he is the marketing manager at RPH. while once I talk to him, after which he also despised.
So I am just requesting that whoever is reading my review please, please, please do not buy any holiday packages from this company. They will call you to come and collect gifts, but do not follow their call.

Royal palm Holiday Homes is absolutely fraud tourism company in UAE taking money by false promises and commitments from the customers.
Free gifts from Royal Palm Holidays were used to entice us, and they then claim about their connections and attachments with 5-star hotels and resorts throughout the world to get us to purchase their bogus vacation packages and offering gold vouchers which never exist. They will never reply to your emails or calls.
The company's phone line has just stopped working as well. I am now planning to file a fraud case against them in Sharjah Police and UAE consumer court to teach them a lesson.

Absolutely scam company. They will take the money from you upfront, and not bother to deliver any services. You have already paid and now you are stuck with headaches. No phone calls are attended, always goes to an auto call answering machine for days (I tried every day for 8 consecutive days). I am sure the UAE Government will notice this for the benefit of all those who paid their hard earned money for seemingly nothing. By the way, the good ratings are paid ratings or reviews done by the company employees and their friends/families - you will not find any details on those.

Royal Palm Holidays lured us by offering us free gifts and then very convincingly sold us their fake holiday package by showing us tall claims how they are connected to all 5 star Hotels and resort across the world.
Each time we tried to book a holiday with them, whether peak or nonpeak days we were never provided the service. They always asked for other days and any hotel of their choice.
I feel like we have paid our hard earned money to plan our holidays as per their availability and not according to our wish which they had promised.
Pathetic customer service, never pick up any calls.
DON'T FALL TO THEIR TRAP. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS.
