Royal Mint Records - Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior

I placed a vinyl order and sent the music files and cover art as agreed. After many slowly replied emails when everything was ready and schedules agreed, he would not upload the files and suddenly stopped responding. I never received my order, nor did I get a reply to any of my emails about the situation. With this, I lost the opportunity to promote my new jazz record on a radio program, and this also messed up many other schedules related to the album release. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Fortunately, I found a professional and high-quality operator in Athens called Cuts On Wax. High-quality products, affordable prices and proper customer service.

Royal Mint Records - lathe cut vinyl bespoke in a bad way

In September I ordered a 12" single, that Royal Mint promised to deliver in October. I didn't receive it, so I wrote several emails asking if it was underway, and when Royal Mint bothered to answer, they said, that it was.
It never came. So in November I wrote that I had placed the order elsewhere and wanted a refund.
This time Royal Mint was quick to reply, asking me to place another order and promising to expedite it right away.
I agreed and ordered a second 12" single. I received it, not right away but three months and dozens of emails later.
And all copies were defective from sound to artwork!
Both sides on all records are full of scratches, noises and hisses, making the records unfit to be played.
The lead in grooves last 19 seconds, and the run out grooves take up 2 inches of space that should have been used for making wide grooves for optimal sound.
The runout groove etchings had not been made.
Royal Mint had used the wrong color of vinyl.
The colors on the covers are uneven and they differ from cover to cover.
The inner labels were cut unevenly.
Royal Mint promises a bespoke product on their web page, but what I got was a product that isn't worthy of a second rate pressing plant.
