Customer Service at its best 😊
This company's customer service is second to none. I ordered 2 ex display tables, unfortunately within a day I found a fault. I emailed, sending a picture of said table/s. I instantly received an email and a phone call and the issue was resolved immediately. I wish all companies had this level of service.

I know I tortured the sales team late summer🙈 I live in Northern Ireland and the team pulled out all the stops to bring me my beautiful table and chairs. I knew I was buying quality but when you see it and feel how smooth and warm (i know, but I couldn't think of a better word 🤭) it is, you definitely know its of the highest quality. Delivery was quick and the driver was more than helpful. Thank you to everyone who helped. I will be getting a few more pieces to complete my patio collection. Thank you again Cynthia Baird

Top quality products, obviously finished to a high standard. Delivery was super fast and the 2 guys who delivered were very helpful as they carried the chairs through to the garden. Overall very happy with Royal Finesse.

Great product and excellent service
I bought a teak, round to oval 6 seater patio table and 6 chairs (#1894) a few weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with it all. I opted to have it assembled in my garden and the packaging removed and I'm glad I did. The two workers were fast, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Great service. Thank you so much.

Teak Lutyens benches…#1927
I ordered 2 Teak Lutyens benches (#1927) this summer. Ordering was very simple and efficient- Benches were delivered to my door within days of order. Delivery drivers texted with approximate times which was really helpful.
The benches are really beautiful and as described online. Solid and well made and easy to assemble . Would definitely buy from this company again.
