Matching hat
Having previously purchased from R&A , I never had any doubts about doing so again. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, parcel delivered on Tuesday morning excellent service. Ordered a matching hat to complement a pair of shorts I'd purchased earlier, again, quality is fantastic and fits lovely, although only two "settings / clips" for adjustment some folk with odd sized heads could (?) struggle, I personally didn't have any issues ( must have a normal sized head 😁 ) . Product quality is great and I wouldn't have any hesitation in purchasing from R&A again 👍 .

The web site was EASY to use and ordering was a breeze. Needed pink shorts for a tournament and my order arrived quickly. Shorts are the “right” pink and the quality and fit are great. Now if I play as good as well. Well, I hope so.

I ordered some green pants and a shirt
I ordered some green pants and a shirt. Then within hours I asked that I change the order via email and no one responded.
Then everything arrived. The shirt was a size smaller than I ordered. I thought it was too hard to change given the previous experience.
I would like to change the size of my top and order some more trousers and shirts. However given the lack of response and customer service I think I will spend my money elsewhere.
A shame because the quality of the goods was really good.

Polished brand with a user friendly web product. Pants were well made and as advertised. Here are my recommendations.
Sizing and length run large. I’m a 33/30 but ordered 34 as instructed on the site but the paints were 2” to long and the 34 waist is way too big. With that said I’ll have my pants tailored locally as opposed to returning
