Got let down by an other taxi firm so…
Got let down by an other taxi firm so chose Royal Cars, and the service I got was second to none, picked up on time and when wanted a return journey inside 10 minutes along the car came, a brilliant safe journey home.

Taxi arrived promptly
Taxi arrived promptly. However, taxi driver kept asking me where to turn, and we ended up with over 4 minutes of wait time because he turned into a road with restricted roads, which triggered me to pay more than I anticipated. I do not think it's acceptable that the driver should me asking me for directions in the middle of the trip when they already know about road blockages, or at least he should freeze the meter if he'd like to discuss options with the customer. I'm really disappointed with royal cars this time, and I'm a loyal customer.
