Our account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice, explanation, or compliance clarification. Simultaneously, our access to the merchant dashboard was completely cut off, preventing us from viewing our transaction logs, handling monthly accounting, and, most critically, processing legitimate customer refund requests, which directly puts us at risk of unnecessary chargebacks.

To make matters worse, approximately €900 of our processed revenue remains frozen.

We sent four emails without ever receiving a reply. We made phone inquiries where we were repeatedly bounced between departments with vague promises of "someone will get back to you in a few days." Over two weeks have passed with zero formal written responses, zero compliance updates, and no timeline for the release of our company's money.

If you are a serious business considering Roxpay to save a fraction of a percent on fees, take this as a warning: stay with more famous, expensive but reliable partners or established banks. Cutting off accounting access, holding business capital indefinitely, and ignoring clients is unacceptable for any payment provider. We now have to escalate this matter through formal legal channels and directly to Adyen.

I wont repeat what other customers said. It's just a waste of time. They will accept you, be really nice during the phone call verification and at the end they will suspend your account for no reason.

After going through the onboarding process and providing the requested information and documentation, our account was suddenly blocked/suspended without any clear prior warning or proper explanation. This happened before we could even properly start using the service. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. We sent emails asking for clarification, but we did not receive a proper response. When a payment provider decides not to proceed with a merchant, that is their right, but the process should be handled transparently and professionally. Instead, the communication was unclear, the timing was confusing, and the support experience was very poor. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Rox Pay to other merchants who need a reliable payment partner and responsive support.

After i completed every necessary steps to onboard without even having processed a single transaction, they suspened and deactived my account. This of course came to a complete shock to me after i had a positive zoom meeting with tomaas, he told me after the zoom that i should tell him which payment methods i would like to have requested. After that request they just suspended my account, no warning, no prior mail nothing. They have ignored my mails and livechat messages for support. This has been a very dissapointing situation after i was very eager to start working with them. This is why i don't encourage anyone to sign up here. They seem to be very unprofessional and as you can see they can just suspend your account for no appearant reason. STAY FAR AWAYY!!
