Efficient service with excellent customer care

A consistently excellent service, from order to delivery with great communication throughout.
I receive monthly reminders by email to order my prescription and this is followed up with regular updates until delivery is received.

I would like to say how amazing Slobhan in the BRI pharmacy, I sometimes dread having to pick meds up with the queue and waiting times.
She is always helpful helping people with babies, getting the queue down, sorting the lines of waiting people and if some meds are not there, she will find out why.

Well organized pharmacy. I always use Rowlands Pharmacy online app for ordering GP prescribed medicines online. They get delivered promptly buy Royal mail to home address with free service.
The entire process is seamless and straight forward. I have been using this service for couple of years.

Fast, efficient service in all aspects.

I have been using the service for a long time, from before the very start of the "Hey" days and always found it to be excellent with very few issues ever arising. Since it has become Rowlands I have noticed more issues, and items being cancelled without any real explanation, for example a couple of orders where the items were authorised by the GP and the prescription and barcode was in the NHS App. There was no proper explanation, I had to pick the items up from elsewhere. The level of communication has deteriorated as well, there is more of a delay when using the App and the quality of the responses are not great. Items are also taking longer to arrive.

Update : Further to a detailed investigation it was discovered that some items were being transmitted from the Doctor's surgery to Nightingale Services, an NHS organisation and not Rowlands. This has now been corrected.It was also reiterated that the service levels are longer than my expectation, it can be up to 10 days or so although normally faster. Thank you Chantal for your support. I have uprated the review to 5 stars accordingly.

It’s too complicated

Rowlands gave me the right brand of drug as stipulated by my GP.
I have an intolerance to other formulations which cause me ocular migraines and as hydroxychloroquine is something I have to take every day for the rest of my life, it’s been frustrating that my local pharmacies just can’t or won’t get the right one and keep presenting me with the ones that cause the migraines. I contacted the manufacturer and found that Rowlands do buy it so I thought I’d try them. They don’t have a pharmacy near me apart from the hospital one which I can’t use so I thought I’d try their online service. They got the right drugs first time and they arrived quickly and safely. I’m really happy. Thank you Rowlands
