My hair was shedding at least 3x more after using this product. Did everything instructed, used the serum which doesn’t smell very nice and just can’t take the excessive hair loss any longer so it’s gone in the bin. Do not buy.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 4 weeks now and am finding that my hair is falling out at about twice the rate it was before. Not what I was expecting based on the reviews. I think I should probably stop before I lose all my hair! Perhaps it just doesn't work for everyone?

The shampoo doesn’t work. They give you 48 hours before they auto ship it. I canceled before it was shipped but they said too bad it shipped already. Basically, AFTER I canceled they shipped it in a hurry. They are charging me about $10 to return it because of their FAQ section they say that but misleading people by saying ‘free shipping and returns’ customer service is terrible - couldn’t find a number so had to email. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

Before using the shampoo I had gobs of hair coming out every time I washed or brushed. Now I have very little hair in the drain and in my brush. My hair is fuller and this is only after one bottle of the shampoo and conditioner. Great product.

My hair was improving with solid shampoo but Routine Wellness was said to be the top choice. I regret buying this product and I highly recommend that you do not buy it

I ordered the unscented because of so many negative comments about the smell. I have been using the shampoo/conditioner for about 4 weeks and see some hair growth along the hairline which is where it was thinning. My 2 comments are: my scalp seems very dry and I had some itching, so I am only washing 1 x a week. My hair has no body and is flat?? Is it color safe because my previous highlights are turning so light and my hair is dark brown? Please advise, I am willing to give it more time. Dorothy

Due to weight loss, my hair was falling out at a rapid pace. Since 3 weeks using routine my hair is hardly falling out. Hair feels very clean. Usually my hair gets greasy by the end of the day with normal shampoos but not the case now. I am also taking collegan, biotin and Minoxidil 0.5mg.

I am glad to be able to leave a review for them because they deserve it. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair stop falling out from gobs two maybe four or five strands each wash. hair is no longer all over my clothes and in the weirdest places. It did take at least a month for it to work fully. And I had tried so many other things without success so I was skeptical. I just wish I had found this sooner. Then I had to use their customer service and I was even more pleasantly surprised. It is exceptional. They are serious if you don't like something you can return it or exchange it and easily. This company is wonderful.and so is their products.

Bad customer service. Rude replies. Also they sign you up to a subscription without you knowing. Checkout your subscription now and cancel now before you get billed and another item sent.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve been using the product for months. No visible difference in my hair loss.

I only cancelled my order because my partner had already surprised me with the same items. However, if these products work as well for me as they do for my sister, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I lost my hair dye to medication I was prescribed. After 31/2 years was informed that I didn't need to take the medicine. Too late for my hair. Then I saw the ad on TH and decided to try it for myself.
After using it for around six weeks my hair has started to look ok. I have new hair growing at the front and I can now style it without having to cover the bald bits. Thank you

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner and although it took much longer to arrive than I was expecting, I finally was able to see what the ‘hype’ was all about. I have been using it now for about 2 months and although my hair does feel softer and the scent is lovely, I can’t go early day that I’ve noticed any difference in new hair growth….. I hope I’m just being impatient, but I’m not 100% convinced.

I have used practically every shampoo on the planet so to be honest I genuinely didn't hold up much hope for this
What I want to say is....literally after two weeks of use the evidence of hair loss in the shower is around 90 % less than previously and my hair definitely feels much healthier. Will be repurchasing x

Very grateful to all these customers who have given what I hope are honest reviews. I can be taken in by the clever marketing of products on social media and these reviews have saved me money.

I have tried several shampoos and serums etc all claiming to improve hair growth but haven’t lived up to claims. Routine however has worked for me. Within a week of using the shampoo and conditioner I had noticeably less hair loss/ breakage and I feel like my hair is generally thicker with less scalp showing now after 3 months. I have frontal fybrosing alopecia and my tricologist confirmed what I thought, that my hairline had grown back slightly in places. I have been using the coconut and vanilla fragrance and it smells wonderful too. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for several weeks now. As I’ve grown older, my hair has become finer with less body. It’s now looking so much better, has more bounce to it.
I did see one or two negative rev, and wonder if those people are following the specific instructions for use. I’ve not had a single problem, will be using these products always now.

I read a lot about this product so thought I would give it a try. Totally unhappy about this product in a lot of ways. The review said the smell was great and the product I received did NOT smell like roses or anything else. There was absolutely no smell at all. Not even right out of the bottle!!
Also my hair was so dry and fly away that I was unable to tame it down.. It stood up, clung to my face and totally unmanageable even after I used coconut oil to tame it down. Couldn't even finish using the bottle even though it was twice as much as I have ever paid for a shampoo!

Do NOT try.

I initially requested a refund after one day, I washed my hair and I swore it had sulfate in it based on how clean my hair was after use. When I was told I would have to pay for shipping back to the USA it wasn’t going to be financially beneficial to send it back so I kept it and I am so glad I did. My hair has never been healthier, it is thicker, has more volume, my oil is finally under control but my hair is also the least dry it ever has been. It’s shiny and so soft!

Has anyone else had problems with the smell of the shampoo and conditioner? I recently ordered the Coconut and Almond. When I opened up the bottles it reeked of black pepper! I asked a couple of my neighbors and friends, and they totally agreed. There is not one hint of Coconut or Almond. I am returning these. I will try a different scent and hopefully it will smell the way it is supposed to. The Customer Service has been responsive and timely.
