I had a fault with the dreaded "oil leak" problem on an ASI 2600MM - just under 12 months old.
NOT RVO,s fault!
They have a 2 year warranty anyway!
They picked up the camera free of charge, sent it back to ZWO for repair, and I recieved the imager back 3 weeks later, from China remember!! - to my home free of postage.

Easy communication about product, shipping lighting fast very well packaged was never getting damaged in transit.

On Friday April 7th, my solar filter cracked whilst in facing the Sun. Initially I rang to speak with someone about this, but no one was available - this is likely due to the fact that it was Good Friday, and late afternoon.

I later left an email explaining the issue, and asking if anything could be done about it. The next day I received a response apologising, and asking for a photo of the damaged solar filter - to which I was happy to provide.

Later after enquiring about an update, I was informed that the manufacturer of the solar filter was going to replace the broken one. Within the same day, Rother Valley Optics sent out the replacement Solar filter, which arrived a couple of days later.

I couldn't be more happy with this outcome.

I have purchased from Rother Valley Optics before, and will most certainly purchase from them again.
