This was a horrible experience
This was a horrible experience. Worst staff with the moat horrible man for a manager I have ever seen. Shouting at staff, shouting at clients - I would not recommend this place at all in Copenhagen. Please don’t support rude managers and waiters that treat each other like that - and their clients. Please look into your management - a very bad experience in such a luxurious department store. This restaurant should not have a place in this store or in this society, if they cannot treat people with respect. Shame on you.

The worst treatment ever by a restaurant manager.
He is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
He is an embarrassment to this establishment and shame on Ilum for allowing this to happen under their roof.

Bad service
Rude staff at cash register, slow service. The pizza was uncut and when the Waiter brought it back to cut it he came back with the pizzas in the same uncut State. The waiter was very confused and forgot some of our order.

This is what pizza is supposed to taste…
This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. I have been trying to find something in Denmark for years that tatses like authentic Italian style pizza. If you go for lunch you can get a pizza margharita for 99kr. I highly recommend.
