I love my RF jewels so much. I have a few pairs of earrings and have worn and worn and worn them and they’ve never tarnished or shown signs of wear. The quality is unbelievable 💫 customer service and delivery also incredibly speedy. Love this brand, thank you Rosie.

Follow on Instagram , received a gift from a relative, so can’t return . The piece I received was super thin, and dis-coloured whilst on a holiday.
I would say for the quality the prices are not Value for Money and 1 star is a fair marking ,don’t believe all you see on Instagram , that’s my advice

Gold plated and poor quality of that: most shine and plating within weeks (and yes was not wearing it overnight and while washing). Nice designs but well overpriced for what it is: a glorified accesorizes basically.

One of my rings lost a stone and I contacted Rosie to see if I could get a replacement stone. I was advised they don’t offer any repairs for damage. I thought this was extremely poor.
I now have a second ring that a stone has fallen out off and unable to get this repaired. I would recommend not purchasing a ring as having worked in jewellery myself having a full band of stones does increase the risk of loosing one and with no support after it’s possible you won’t wear this for a long time!

I bought an emerald cut ring, and a beautiful tennis necklace from this brand about 7 months ago and I’m amazed at the quality. I literally haven’t taken the jewellery off since I got it. I recently bought a chain ring but size was too small so I emailed the company and they immediately swapped it for a larger size. The customer service really is fantastic. I can’t wait to save up and buy more because they really are worth of money. I’m thinking about buying my mum one of the charm necklaces for Christmas as the packaging is so lovely.

I have numerous pieces from this brand and I genuinely wear at least two of them every single day. they are unbelievable quality for the price and I get comments from them each time I wear. Another great thing is how nicely they are packaged so great for gifts - could not recommend more!

I got a tennis bracelet as a gift and on the first time wearing it fell off. I had the bracelet on for less than four hours as I went for dinner and it was lost. Once I reached out to the team to report it being faulty I was faced with customer service that made out that it was my fault for not fastening the clasp properly (which it's the conclusion they must jump to defend the poor quality of the clasp).

I was not offered any solution until I asked for one and that was after several emails back and forth. From my experience, the products are highly overpriced and of low quality. The customer service team blamed me and not the product after I gave a thorough explanation of how the product was faulty. Leads me to believe that it wasn’t faulty the quality is just low.

Awful quality followed by awful customer service. I was given the gold emerald cut ring for my birthday and after only wearing it a few times one of the stones fell off. I emailed asking for a replacement and was declined as the warranty is only for 6 months (they obviously have no confidence in the longevity of their poorly made products) Then I also asked just for a stone and I would fix it myself but they were also unable to do so. My friend also bought a piece from them which broke and not offered any way to fix or replacement. Don’t waste your money!

I received a replacement tennis bracelet, allegedly, which was in fact the same one that I returned! I stressed that I wanted a refund, but again received patronising emails from Rosie and Abigail telling me that I had been given a lovely new bracelet! The said bracelet had been casually placed in a black bag, not a presentation bag as originally.

Well, amazingly, the lovely bracelet has fallen off again! I have requested a return and a refund, but instead of being patronised this time, I have been ignored.

Obviously this company has absolutely no regard for their customers; they have one objective and that is to get money for goods which are not fit for purpose.

If their jewellery is worn regularly, it simply fails because of poor workmanship.

Be warned, do not buy anything from these people.

Selling complete rubbish quality jewellery that breaks after a couple of years of careful use. They wash their hands of it because you don't have the original box. And accuse you of treating it without care.
