Rosesilky is terrible don’t waste your money and time

So after more than a month I received my two jumpers from rosesilky Both were not what I ordered. So they offered me 5% money back or I can pay shipping costs to send back their mistakes or I can give them 9.99$ each to send me my correct order. Don’t buy from them

I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could. Major false advertising and bait and switch! The overalls showed up and the garment itself did not match the picture. They were loose seams where there should not have been, the pockets were placed higher and much cheaper hardware and clips than seen on the ad. On top of this it was made with really cheap fabric, and what looks like ink damage. When I contacted customer service and showed them the pictures they told me I could return it but I need to pay for shipping to Asia. I told him that I did not think that was right because they sent me a damaged product that I’m unhappy with, and they tried to convince me that the ink stains are part of the pattern however, it is not what it looks like online when I blow up the picture. We’ve gone back-and-forth over 11 emails and they still are sending me mostly the same AI generated responses and refusing to refund me saying they are sure I could find some use for it. $43 down the drain

I would give a zero rating if possible

I would give a zero rating if possible. The print quality is awful. I received overalls that had black ink marks all over the fabric. I was expected to pay shipping to return them for another pair. Not worth it. The fabric quality and print quality is unbelievably subpar…unacceptable. How deplorable that they are advertised in the lovely light that they are and what you receive is so very unacceptable. Please do not waste your money. It’s disgusting that we are being taken advantage of in this manner.
