We moved with Rose Removals back in March of this year, we decided to pack ourselves but I wish we had asked them as this was a lot more work than we had anticipated! 😆 the guys who did our move were fantastic though, they arrived on schedule and had everything loaded onto the lorry in 2 and a half hours! They took real care with all our possessions. We didn’t end up getting keys until 4:30pm (sorry!) which was a bit stressful, but the crew waited patiently without complaint and once we had keys they got everything unloaded into our new property even rebuilding the beds for us.

I used this company to move from Kent 4 years ago. A few days after my move I noticed a whole load of items missing. This was despite me asking one of their guys "is there anything left on the van?" his reply was "why, dont you trust us?" I even gave three of the men £50 each, in cash as a thankyou, so what did I lose:-

My black n dekker multi tool bag (drill, saw, sander etc) though I got to keep the removable batteries-ha!
My very long plug extenstion cable reel
Garden tools- fork spades etc
Outside cable plug in light
And probably other stuff that was in my old shed.

Their dishonesty was shocking. And yes I did pack the stuff, coz I did a final sweep outside in the garden & shed when I left the old house in Kent.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Years later I still miss my garden tools! Cant buy the multi tool device anymore! :-(

I have photos of their van outside my new house. Yes it is Rose Removals of Kent. Avoid!!!
