Item took two weeks to arrive and when it did it was banging about in an over large box, Ann’s missing a couple of small parts that had presumably fallen out. Also no fitting instructions included. Looked like repackaged item someone else had returned. Not impressed.

Fantastic service called Friday lunchtime to check stock levels, ordered and had message from courier 1 hour later to say they had collected package and delivered to me Tuesday morning. No hesitation in recommending this company

During a deep clean of my caravan I decided to remove the Thule Omnivent extractor fan to get rid of the accumulated dust and grime. This is the first time I've done this since buying my caravan new in 2016. As I was removing it I discovered that the clear plastic 'ventilator frame' which is the part the electric motor is mounted on was broken around one of the two fixing screws. I now believe it came out of the factory like that but I'd never noticed. I searched around and eventually found Rose Awning who had stock of the part at the best price I could find. I placed my order on Bank Holiday Monday which was confirmed immediately followed by updates on its progress. It was then delivered at 10:30 on Wednesday morning. The quality and quantity of the packaging ensured that the frame arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much Rose Awnings for a simply superb buying experience from start to finish.

Bought an old but sound Thule Redidence safari room off a 5500 awning. Wanted advice on conversion kit to figy new zMH which has a 5200 Omnistor awning.
