Purchased a Thule bike cover and reflective sign for a short notice trip to Spain. Great advice pre-purchase, competitive price and really swift delivery. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to give accurate information on products and availability - very happy customer.

I ordered a windbreak from them on Friday evening and needed it delivered no later than Tuesday. Called them up on Monday morning to ask if it was possible, they immediately found the order and upgraded delivery to next day, no extra charge.
Order arrived Tuesday morning.

We’d tried to get a bracket for a Thule 6300 awning for our Coachman Lusso for over a year out of NZ to no avail. I spoke to the team at Rose Awnings a few times about importing one from the UK as an option. They were very helpful and so we decided to air freight one over. Had the bracket within 12 days. Both John and Daniel were very helpful in getting it sorted. Thanks team.

Great advice and service from a local family company. Recently fitted a Thule V6 rear bike rack, and supplied a Dometic Rally Pro awning with accessories at competitive prices. John and Dan noticed our awning rail was not quite in the right position over the Motorhome door and offered to move it at no extra cost. Highly recommended company with owners who know how to give customers first class service with a smile.

Nothing is too much trouble for Rose Awnings. I had difficulty finding a Thule anti noise kit but they quickly came up trumps, posted in no time at all. It's rare to find such brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Our caravan , an Eriba Rockabilly , was only a couple of months old when disaster happened during a particularly stormy evening the awning suffered damage. The supplying caravan dealer couldn’t offer any solution but Rose Awnings came to the rescue and replaced the torn canvas and set up the awning it now operates perfectly.
Also they supplied the G3 residence room which makes a fantastic addition to our setup ,Jon and Dan have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Thule awnings and we wouldn’t go anywhere else , thanks so much.

Amazing service provided by Rose Awnings, with great prices for the items we wanted. My order was quickly dispatched. However, there were issues with Parcelforce. When we contacted Rose Awnings, the support they provided to resolve the situation was great. Never bought anything from them before but, we will be returning for future purchases.
