Unfortunately they look nothing like the flowers I ordered. Half the size from the original advertisement arrangement which was apparently the same size. Very deceiving as you’re ordering blindly. No point showing a picture of something you expect and are paying for and getting something completely different. Every single flower was a poor replacement. Customer service was just as appalling! No apology after having sent both the photo of my flowers I received and the photo from their website that they charged me for! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not use!!
We ordered funeral flowers for my Mum. The service we received was sympathetic to our needs. The flowers were beautiful and so fresh and colourful. Thank you so much.
Stay far away from this company!! Appalling service with no reply on what was an absolute disgrace of a flower 'arrangement' that was delivered, if you can even call it that.
Initial complaint that took 3 email chases for me to get a reply to:
Extremely unhappy with order.. First off specified note to deliver sometime in morning, ended up getting a call at 10pm at night just as I was going to bed to say flowers are being delivered now. Delivered at 10pm on the day it was supposed to arrive? The day / celebration is long gone and over, surprise ruined. Also, I paid not only for deluxe, but the most premium (fullest version) of the flower arrangement, what I received was an 'arrangement' of half dead flowers that were so sparse it wouldn't even suffice for the normal version, much less the deluxe or premium! On top of it all, it was addressed to 'Mr.' Helen...Completely ruined the surprise and will be expecting a full refund! Do not recommend at all!!
When company finally replied they completely absolved themselves of anything wrong, actually trying to say that it's my fault that the delivery was late for living far away and that the flowers were fresh when they had it and that it's not their problem they were wilted and dying by the time it was received! Absolute disgrace of a company the both of them, stay far away!
*Pictures what I received vs what is advertised online. Not to mention I paid for the premium / large version, hate to think what the normal arrangement would look like
