All the fruit plants I ordered have arrived healthy and in excellent condition. They were packed with great care in high‑quality cardboard boxes, and they now look happy and well‑settled in the ground where they are meant to grow. I am very pleased with the standard of service and would highly recommend.
I have already complained about the battered and damaged state of the packaging and plants which had been bent and broken to jam them into the boxes.The boxes were clearly labelled as contains plants, to be handled with care and kept upright yet the boxes were battered and damaged with plants uprooted from their pots and compost all over the inside of the box, uncaring that they had not been kept upright or handled carefully. Roots and the delivery company EVRI are clearly at fault yet no satisfactory compensation has been received . EVRI just sent a bot response telling me to contact Roots, then followed up with numerous automated requests for feedback rating delivery. Roots has not lived up to its website promises of ‘Happy healthy plants delivered’ nor ‘Happy healthy plants guaranteed’ and the tone of reply correspondence has been insulting. Having spent significant amounts of money now and in the past I will not be buying any further products from Roots and advise others DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Omg i brought the himalayan mulberry tree and the red kiwi, they are brilliant. The planys where bigger than expected, beautiful quality, healthy and so well packaged. I realused i now need a male kiwi and will definayely will order from tou again. Such a brilluant experience
The rose bush is gorgeous and doing well but sadly the Bay Laurel bushes were covered in aphids and struggling which is why I only gave 2 stars for value for money. Didn’t get a refund or exchange sadly 😔

My plants arrived not in their containers, they where strewn across the box they arrived in, some of the delicate stems had snapped and they where bone dry. I have had to work hard to try and revive them. I did email to complain but was not overly satisfied with the response- some of the plants have now died ,unfortunately I won’t use Roots again

All the plants were vibrantly healthy and of a good size
Excellent plants, just as I'd hoped and really well packaged and delivered.
Very happy to have the Tibetan Cherry Tree. I have always loved cherry trees and this will be a fitting memorial to our Tibetan Terrier who who lost earlier this year. The tree looks to be in excellent condition and was easy to plant following the instructions.
