Systematic scam, and it’s easy to see they use fake reviews here since all are from same location.
Pathetic and STAY AWAY, DONT GET SCAMMED.
They take your money but doesn’t send anything except an expiry tracking number that isn’t registered at the carrier/shipping service

Customer Service is way better than back in 2019! High quality products, fair price and finally a good service. I can very much recommend Roomox!

the website is very easy to navigate. I could find my required brand and required product in minutes. The sorting method is very nice. Very good collection of items and brands with reasonable price. I Bought a pillow as a birthday gift to my wife and added a special birthday request. They happily agreed and provided a birthday greeting and special packaging on top. 5 stars for their fast friendly service.

Are those good feedback here really real?! They never sent my order since a year ago. Then I read their bad reviews everywhere. Hundreds or thousands people around the world likely got scammed by this smart fraud. Website looks good but I concluded that they’re totally a fictive company & didn’t pay tax to their country. Once they replied me when I asked why delivery took longer than promised, but then they’re gone forever. Why are there people still buying from them?? ****WARNING!! They changed the company to DYH (Design Your Home) after many people made bad reviews of Roomox on medias*** No address & phone number on this website. These are signs for something off.

I havent recieved My order yet, but it has only gone a year since i placed and payed for My order.
I have benen in Contact with Roomox several Times and Still havent Got My order shipped or My money back.

IF it was THE last company om Earth i wouldnt buy anything from Them again.

First time I ordered an XXL beanbag. All went okayish. Delivery time was something like a month and a half. Which is too long especially within EU. They informed me that "we have many orders because of the upcoming holidays" and "we are currently moving to naother premises". The product was fine, nothing special, but fine in that price range.
But the problem I had with the was with my second order. Just a bag of refill. It took 6 months to the day. And I don't think that wouldn't have happend if I hadn't emialed them multiple times. All in all, complete waste of time and money. Can only recommend to buy from somewhere else

I wish I had read these before I gave this company my money!
I ordered a refill for my beanbag in April 2019.
I have only received crap non answers since that time. After several requests for a refund were ignored I have just been waiting them out. Twice they have said the item has left there warehouse, one time I even got a DHL number which turned out to be fake. Now I send their support an email every couple of weeks.
I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s such bullsh!t I can’t believe it’s not illegal.

Do not order anything from this company, they take your money and don’t send your order we ordered in September -19 now they are using Corona as an excuse!!!! Since September!!!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!

I placed an order back in December, and my order still has not arrived. They have postponed my delivery and today´s delivery date has not been met. I have asked for my money back, already drawn from my account back from when I ordered. It appears to be fraught or really poor customer service. Don´t place any order with this company.

I placed my order October 1-19.
I have had countless email conversations with the company that have made new promises all the time.
Several times they have replied that my order will arrive within a week or two, now it has been almost 5 months without delivery.
I will probably never see either goods or my money back.
