Brought a swimsuit for my wife on the 13th of April and as of this date (05/06) have not received either message nor the swimsuit. No response to my email. Total ripoff and scam. DO NOT BUY FROM romoti.

My item hasn’t even shipped and I ordered it on the 5th. I’ve contacted the person 2 times by email with no response. The tracking number just says not available. I want a refund and have expressed this but instead I’m out of my money and have no product or response. This site is a joke.

Love everything about The quality is quite good, it looks exactly likes pictured and fits nicely. The colour is beautiful and exactly what I expected and the suit itself is very flattering.

Received sweater in a timely manner however according to their size chart it’s too small. All I wanted was an exchange. 8 unanswered emails later I’m really mad. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMOTI,!!!

Absolutely Horrible!
I bought a dress from this website that I loved based off of the pictures.
1. The dress came in 1 month after the shipping time frame.
2. The dress looked NOTHING like the pictures.
3. The dress was RIPPED.
4. The only way to get a refund was to mail it back and that would have costed as much than the cost of the dress.
I am now left with an ugly, ripped dress that I'll never use. Never buying from this website again.

I won't ever buy anything from this website, awful quality, not what I expected at all. Everything looked so cheap and not like the website. And shipping it back to China, cost you a lot , HUGE MISTAKE buying from them.Horrible horrible experience, I DO NOT RECCOMEND.
