Contacted Rombouts as I wanted to order their one cup filters. They directed me to their website and ordering was quick and simple, I received the coffee two days later and am very happy. I haven't tried the compostable filters before, but they were easy to use and tasted better than I remember the old plastic ones tasting. I've put the used ones in my compost heap as I've been assured they will break down really well. Brilliant service. Thank you

I have been a customer of Rombouts for a very long time. I recently gave an online order and two days later it was delivered to my retirement flat by a delightful young man who carried the big box into the kitchen.

Just for your information the new Rombouts one cup coffee cups and saucers don't fit the one cup filters neatly. Actually the cups don't even sit well in the saucers. We wanted to use them in our little pub as we don't have space for a coffee machine. When I phoned up I was pretty well dismissed so not going to be one of your customers going forward.

I have been consuming Rombouts coffee for the last 20 years and they constantly mantained their original quality, while innovating to adatp to the market. Their new recycling cups are maintaining this promess of quality and, at the same time, be fully recyclable. Great taste, easy to us and easy to recycle!

Unhelpful, rude call handlers, I spoke to Elonza and Jonathan who were really not bothered even though they say they are. Elonza put the phone down on me-and was not very professional. If their coffee didn't taste so good I'd go elsewhere because their attitude stinks!

About 1 in 3 filter papers develop a large hole in the bottom - useless

I’ve made five coffees in a row and five filters in a row broke! That’s a lot of wasted coffee and stress! Going back to Melitta filters. They work fine. Same size and shape. Heavy sigh.

Have been using Rombouts one cup filters for years and love them particularly Italian blend only use these can't stand instant coffee.Now looking for alternative due to the new paper filter I totally understand the need for compostable but these do not work they go too soft and let through coffee grinds one totally collapsed in my husband's hand when putting it in a bin throwing coffee grinds everywhere and scalding his fingers! I have used another brand with the same type of paper filter that was definitely stronger. Don't want to change but will if the filters don't improve .

Excellent customer service and great coffee!

Since my expensive coffee machine broke, I turned to Rombouts filters & not looked back. Very good coffee indeed. My household only drink good coffee, none of this instant stuff, for which really isn’t good for you. This is my way forward, with no high maintenance expensive machines, when this easy filter is just as good, if not better. One more observation, customer services is very prompt in answering a question. Do wish all companies operated like that. Highly recommended ☯️
