Customer service was really worst
Customer service was really worst, they’re trying to collect the coupons as much as possible ,and they’re not planning to deliver the water bottles, delivery guy is saying like you give me the coupon I will bring the water bottle ,I told him to bring the bottle first and get the coupons , at any way he is going to deliver the bottle ,then why he is getting frustrated?.after receiving the coupons he will never deliver it

Poor service
I am really frustrated by the delivery services of Romana water .How can you pay for services and then start begging for the already paid services. This is frustrating. You can call their customer service the whole day including the delivery guy to no avail.
