Overall we are happy with the blinds we purchased. Lead time could be a bit quicker (but is OK) but the main blind in the kitchen (2m span) is about 1 inch lower on one side and can't see a way of adjusting it

I found it easy to order the free samples before ordering the blind . Clear instructions given in how to measure the window. However, I was disappointed with the blind , both the fabric & the fitting . Although I followed the instructions the blind gapped at the sides when drawn letting in a fair amount of light .the stitching was clearly visible too . It was too late to return it as we didn’t fit it immediately.

The sidewinder was broken after less than 6 months. Customer service made it as difficult as possible to get a spare part - until I gave up. Didn’t even want it for free, was happy to pay. Decent blinds, worst follow up service available.

2 Blinds Purchased Thermal Lining

Where do I start.
Both Blinds were NOT made to the measurements I provided or stated in the email confirmation.
The larger of the 2 was not even square; seams were out from top to bottom also the drops are 30cm and 20cm too short!

The workmanship, not enough care was taken with the trimming of the fabric seams and glaringly shows through all wonky, the hems had tucks, overall made it look amateurish, nothing like expertly crafted.

The company advised they would replace them which they did, however on receiving the blinds on opening only one I noticed that there was NO Thermal Lining in fact no lining at all.

It looked to me that no care was taken in either the original blinds or replacements, which you would think they would be extra careful and try to produce something better.

Again I complained, requested a full refund along with collection of the substandard blinds.
I am glade to say I have received a full refund.

Fast and clear service.

Slow service. Stitching very visible on the roman blind, creating holes which are ugly. The blackout backing works well.

I really love the blind design and is made very well, although I requested it to be blackout but it's not, and the white chain to be on the left hand side but it has come on the right so a bit disappointing overall.

Lovely blind but took a long time to make and deliver overall compared to other blind providers.
