I didn’t actually go ahead and use Roma. The designer came round and drew up a plan based on my budget, using the advertised free design and planning. Usual pressure selling, pay a deposit today and we will knock money off the price. I handed over £300 deposit on the day (17/12/25). The very next day after having time to think, I messaged them to say I had reservations re the design. I was told not to worry and when the surveyor came round I could change colour of worktops, cabinets or appliances. I don’t believe the surveyor actually contacted me that day but by 22/12/25 I had made a decision to cancel the order as I just didn’t feel comfortable. I contacted the office who just said to deal with the designer. I emailed the same day, confirming my cancellation of the order and requesting my £300 deposit to be refunded based on my legal right to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. NO RESPONSE! Had to text designer again 5/1/26 asking if he had received my cancellation and when could I expect my refund of deposit. This was last text sent and it wasn’t even read until 15/1/26.
After a while I checked my bank account and had been refunded £150 - half my deposit. After asking them regarding this, was told because they had started thing like arranging fitters.they hadn’t even had surveyor round and if a customer has a 14 day cooling off period then as far as im concerned, nothing should have been started on my kitchen in case I pulled out!
Reading their T&C’s that I wasn’t told to at time to make sure I was happy, they basically agree you can cancel within cooling off period, they then cover every scenario going for them not to refund any deposit at all. If they haven’t even started your kitchen then their get out clause is you have to pay for design and measure costs, which they advertise as free.
I haven’t heard anything else but am just about to email them with all the legal stuff and see where I get.
The company were very polite and professional until I cancelled my order. They came across as NOT very happy, unresponsive and basically wanted me to pay for the designers time, coming from Oldford to Leeds, which they took out of the kitchen deposit.
Please don’t get sucked into signing on the day, just because they use sales tactic of saying they will do it cheaper if you give a deposit on the day. If they are such a reputable company, they would give you the same deal even a few days later!

Absolutely fantastic service from ROMA. They made the entire process completely stress free. The design for our utility room turned out perfectly, and we love the addition of a breakfast bar in the kitchen that seamlessly matches another project we had done previously. The team was incredibly communicative, explaining everything along the way, and they were always willing to help with any requests we had. We highly recommend their services

We had a problem with a cabinet door in the kitchen, we contacted the company and they sent someone promptly to repair it, the repair was done there and then, although the warranty was expired some time ago, they didn´t charge us for the repair, I can´t remember the exact date but it was last year, many thanks Roma interiors

I cannot recommend this company enough. They came recommended to me by a friend and a neighbour so we invited the designer round. She listened to all my likes and dislikes and came up with an amazing design. Despite me constantly adding bits and removing bits nothing was too much trouble. We visited the showroom to see examples of styles, colours and accessories then decided what we wanted. The company made helpful suggestions and recommended companies to use for flooring etc. They were never at any stage pushy or constantly trying to sell us add ons like some companies do. When we agreed on a start date we were given a detailed timetable so we knew at all stages who was coming to the house at what date and time. All the craftsmen were punctual, polite, friendly, professional and always left the room clean and tidy at the end of each day. Even the boss came to drop off paint or rolled up his sleeves to help the carpenter. Not many company bosses do that. The finished kitchen looks amazing. Such good quality. I am over the moon with it and am sure it will give many years of service. Thank you Roma.

It’s been an absolute pleasure and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for a high quality, professionally installed kitchen.

John Gent was exceptional, and his attention to detail ensured our kitchen was of the highest quality. Of course, we were critical in ensuring everything was perfect, and John noticed something we missed and rectified it straight away. We had high expectations, and Roma delivered on every aspect.

We’re two projects down with these guys and both were faultless. Lauren has a real talent for design and then John the contracts manager follows up with his input and oversees the work keeping us updated with progress/timings etc. Their trades guys are brilliant and both of our jobs had their challenges but they worked fixes both times. Great work.

We cannot praise highly enough the before, during and after sales service we received from the team at Roma. From Lauren’s original design, Mark’s precise fitting of the kitchen, and John’s unwavering calmness as the project manager we couldn’t have asked for a better company to design, supply and install our new kitchen. The functional and stylish finish is even better than we envisaged and it has been great to deal with a local company that takes obvious pride in its work and strives for customer satisfaction. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roma Interiors.

Everyone at Roma was very helpful and gave some great suggestions for what we was looking for to improve our existing kitchen and utility room. The guys gave us a number of options to choose from, and amended the options to suit our needs. The on-site installer team was great! The delivery was handled with care, and they protected our floors as they delivered. The installer was kept his workspace tidy and installed everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend and use Roma Interiors again!

What can I say about Roma! What an excellent professional company they are. My mum wanted and needed a new kitchen, we took her to Roma to have a look and chat with the team there as my partners parents had used them years ago for their kitchen so they came highly recommended. We met with Lauren who was lovely, she invited us in showed us around and left us to have a look. When mum decided it was Roma she wanted to go with, we made an appt with Lauren who came out, measured up and got all the plans ready. When we returned to meet her again, she had some lovely croissants out, made us a hot drink and discussed mums kitchen with us. It was perfect. John then came out, made sure everything was correct and then got a programme of works together so mum knew who was coming in and when. The customer service from start to finish from Roma was brilliant, this company know what CS is! John was fab, checking in with mum on the phone, making sure she was happy etc and also emailing us and communicating with us the whole way. The work men were all really good as well, all really friendly, trustworthy, cheeky! Slight blip at the end but was resolved between us all! The finished product is amazing, looks amazing. Our kitchen was a very challenging project, which they handled very well. We are delighted with the results and we would highly recommend them.

We have just had a relatively small job done to our kitchen, by having the work top replaced.

We found Roma to be a very professional and helpful team. Helping us to decide what would work best for us and identifying issues at the planning stage through to fitting. The preparation for the work was very thorough and seemed to make the fitting day much smoother. The fitter has fitted the new tops beautifully. Very pleased with the upgrade the kitchen has had! Would recommend and also return to Roma for future projects.

Outstanding service received from the moment we walked into the showroom. We were looking to replace an outdated kitchen that didn't really work for us. We also tried two other companies and provided them all with our wish list. We were aware the space had restrictions and was not overly large, so the design had challenges to meet our needs. Roma were the only company to make a site visit and their design was by far the best and very competitively priced. A few changes were made here and there, all of which were well thought out and researched by the designer to come up with the optimum solutions to meet our requests. A big plus for us too was the fact that Roma took out the old kitchen, did the plumbing and electrics all we had to do was arrange to get the floor re-tiled and decorate. When the work started there were a few hiccoughs but Roma dealt with them efficiently and expertly and kept us informed. The fitter deserves a mention too - he was professional, extremely tidy and very helpful in assisting us to deal with any issues. The end result is a kitchen that now works for us and looks stunning. Very happy customers and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

From when we first walked into the showroom we were greeted by Lauren who said "hello would you like a cup of tea".
She was very helpful and not pushy like some sales staff at other companies.
We liked the look of the kitchens on display. We told Lauren that I was going to fit the kitchen so it was supply only but that wasn't a problem.
We arranged for Lauren to come out and design our new kitchen.
A couple of weeks later we went into the showroom to look at her design.It was perfect so we went ahead.
She said we would have a project manager even though I was fitting it myself. He came out and double checked Lauren's measurements but there wasn't any need as they were Spot on.
We we told if I had any questions during the fitting just give them a call and they would give us any advice we needed.
The ready made units arrived on a date to suit us.
Excellent service and good quality kitchen.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Roma were very receptive when I visited their showroom and came up with a selection of kitchen refit schemes based on plans prepared by my architect . Strip out of dry linings altered dimensions and Roma agreeably revised the scheme to my request . The kitchen was fitted on budget and on time to my great satisfaction. Second Roma kitchen.
