I have been using Rollo for over a year now and the discounted prices for shipping are great. Customer Service is Horrible. Several times my packages were damaged or lost by UPS and I am not allowed to discuss it with UPS because it through third party company. ( Rollo ) When you file a claim with rollo all they do is send you emails saying thanks for your patience. Took three and 1/2 months for one claim of 1,880.00 dollars and they they didn't help at all. I received $100.00. Now I filed a lost Package and UPS says claim closed. Not sure why because they will not talk to me only Rollo. So another 6,400 lost because rollo Customer Service does nothing but take what UPS says, which are lies because their employees damaged the product. They don't help or take care of their customers. Buyer Beware they will save you money on shipping but first time something go wrong you will lose and cost more then the discounts.
