I have used this company repeatedly in the last few months. It feels so good to have good service. Very knowledgeable, helpful, they go the extra length and they always follow up. Absolutely brilliant, I will use them again.

Great company, we find Jonathan Walker is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Charlotte happily matched competitors quote and shipped the beninca kit in a very timely manner, she went above and beyond to get all the info I needed to help me decide what I needed. After a couple of months I was having issues with the key fobs and Phil's technical knowledge when I rang sorted things and got things working again.
When i explained one of the fobs had a lose connection he sent me out a free of charge replacement with no questions asked.
Fantastic service from start to finish would highly recommend to anybody.

I placed an order and some items where on back order and i received the stock items fine, it took a little longer than expected to receive the remaining goods , when i contacted the company they where most helpful and advised the parts had been dispatched. they duly arrived the next day.
my only critisism would be some of the mechanism we purchased for the sliding gate where different colours , some silver and some zinc passivated although the components where well engineered and good quality.

Correct items and speedy delivery, can't ask for any more

Rude staff who do not seem to care at all for their jobs let alone clients, and exceptionally poor customer service skills.

I placed a small order of 5 items, I was told that this was due to be delivered to us on the 4th December. A whole week later after chasing the order I was told that the original order had been 'lost' by the delivery driver and the second order could not be shipped out due to not having and of the parts in stock.

When I asked what the company were going to do to resolve this, the lady simply responded with 'what do you want me to do, we don't have the parts'

I cancelled the order and placed it elsewhere.

I will not be using this company again.

Great value and very quick delivery, can't fault the product either.

Ignored initial enquiry, no one answered when telephoning. Products excellent just need a better response to enquiries

Quality product, fantastic service and speedy delivery. I ordered in the afternoon and received the roller gate components and track the next morning. Highly recommended.

Phil and his team have been nothing but helpful - really patient in trying to source the right product and understand the issues (there were plenty!) and provide a service that was above and beyond to help me to resolve the problem. Extremely knowledgable, and extremely lovely to do business with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The items we required were to replace worn out parts. These items were not listed in the catalogue, but the sales person was able to identify them from a description then a scanned picture.

Ordered late afternoon, delivered by noon the following day. Couldn't have asked for more. A five star rating somehow seems inadequate, :)
