i won big on a deposit bonus, managed to meet the 25x requirment and went to cash out 2000 usd. then they refuse to pay it out because after i was told to bet for 2500 usd more to unlock the balance for withdraw. then i played some poker (wich i found it only counted 5%) so i changed to slots again. now they suddenly tell me that i betted for more than the max betsize and wont pay me. no one told me about this when i was in the chat with them talking about the bonus requirments. they told me about everything except this, wich was the most important part. when u use a depo bonus it does not tell you about this rule. you have to look trough the website with glasses. avoid this shitty site. they also use 7 days to look trough ur withdraw, even tho they sey 72hours

And yet another 24 hours..
And yet another 24 hours... since I recieved a response from Rollero regarding my previous review, I was told to contact them via email... well I did and of course, I am still waiting to even hear back from Rollero. So does this Casino even mean what they say? Or is it all possibly just for show? I dont even know anymore I just wish this mess never even happened and I am regretting even registering at Rollero at this point! This is the longest withdrawal I have ever experienced and the largest winnings ever taken away from me. So unfair and unjust.
