Great service and brilliant packing. Good blind too. Only problem is that I used their measurements guide and so allowed for tiles on the lower part of the recess. The blind is therefore too narrow!! Wish I had just gone with my original measuring idea then I wouldn't be having to add blocks etc. Disappointing ☹️

Delivery was longer than expected but this may be due to assembling the blind. Very please with the blind but the roller mechanism to open and close the blind is temperamental.

I'd seen the blind online and first of all requested a sample so that I could colour match it at home.

Ordering the blind was quick and easy, and it was delivered on time. Most importantly, it looks great!

The only thing that I would have preferred would be an option to select how the blind was rolled on the roller - either standard or reverse (only standard seems to be available).

I thought the packaging for the blind was excellent. It was easy to install, and we are really pleased with the quality of the net blind. It looks great in our bedroom.

We wanted a white blind for a bathroom. There was plenty of choice, and the guide to ordering was very clear. We simply typed in our requirements and within a couple of days the blind appeared - extremely well protected, of very good quality and of perfect size for our window. It was easy to fit, and the price was very reasonable too.....that's what you want - get the job done and move on!

Buying a chain-operated blind for the first time in a few years has been an education for me, because the legal requirements to supply anti-strangle devices to protect children are now very tough, and rightly so. According to RoSPA, 18 children have died in the UK from strangulation by those cords since 2010. Toddlers are the ones most at risk because of their height and soft windpipes. Have you considered the safety of your chain/cord-operated blinds lately? Look at the RoSPA website for advice.

So, the manufacturers must supply and fit safety devices or YOU must fit them. The roller device at the bottom end of the chain which keeps the chain loop tight and too narrow for a toddler's head to go through seems good. I'm not so sure about the practicality of the EasyBreak couplings for a heavy roller blind like ours. (These couplings allow the chain to come apart under excessive tension, to protect the child. They are easy to clip back together again.) They do tend to come apart a bit too easily, but I assume that all manufacturers must supply them to the same specification to comply with the law since 2014.

This doubt about the EasyBreak couplings the only reason for not giving a 5* rating.
